i was thinking that at first, but to be honest she doesnt need it at this point imo
she is really strong in all areas, and her pressure game is disgusting. being able to combo into finishing shower is adequate enough.
This is definitely an improvement over TvC. Her level 1s were really not that useful in that game. Finishing Shower combos do good damage.
what i am waiting to see are more info about chars’ assist attacks…can you imagine playing morrigan on point and calling say, modok, whos assist attack would throw out the aegis mirror? having an aegis setup with morrigan on point… O_o
thats really all that needs to be seen, how she fits in synergenically speaking with some teams because morrigan is going to be one of the better point chars imo
Just imagine that above set up with Astral Vision.
Can’t wait to experiment with teams that can buff up her rushdown, zoning, and make Astral Vision broke as fuck.
It’s probably not important, but I think morrigans is shadow blade, and Liliths was shining blade.
Why would you want Soul Eraser when you can combo into Finishing Shower in mid air.
Again, unless you’re out of meter, you should always, always, combo into j.:SNKC: xx Finishing Shower.
Unless you have 3 bars wherein you can combo into Darkness Illusion instead.
I would want both lol. Soul eraser has better startup for fullscreen punishes.
I do really wish she still had valkyrie turn, altho’ i have no idea how to make it good.

By not having it in the game, lol. Honestly though, you could go make a sandwich and walk your dog by the time that move came out in TvC. Damage was huge though.
Why would you want that? Even in Darkstalkers it wasn’t that effective.

NOBODY should want Valkyrie Turn. The only time you’d see someone do that was by accident.
The only times I ever used Turn in TvC was for time over victories (it’s invincible if you never actually initiate the attack) and safe DHCs. It’s theoretically possible to combo into and out of it via some DHCs but so retardedly difficult that it just isn’t worth the effort.

When ds first came out, and we were super scrubby, I remember thinking out was tricky to block. Then we stopped sucking.
You could make the initial zip across the screen hit like ex izuna!
