mobility is morrigans strong suit in this game… she is nimble enough to turtle with and rushdown…
The one thing I hate most about MvC3 Darkness Illusion. That was one of the greatest things about TvC Darkness Illusion, why the downgrade?!
I felt she couldn’t tri-jump as effective as she did tvc. She has to reach a certain height before she can stick out a j.B
Capcom got lazy. Guess they didn’t want to make a whole new model just for one hyper. Lame.
Also, her meter building assist seems to build about 30% meter from recent vids.
To above poster, her instant overhead j.b doesn’t work like in TvC due to how her airdash works in this game.
Edit again- It’s better to use j.E anyway.
Ive been rockin morrigan/tron/doom in mvc2 lately and I am thinking that it could work out well in mvc3 also.
That’s my team in MVC2 too =p.
IT work probably work a lot better than it does in 2 lol.

Does it have a recovery animation once the effect wears off, like in Vampire Savior? Basically wondering if it’s punishable. I haven’t seen anything in match vids to indicate this but am still curious.

How does it behave when stacked with XFC? Does the effect persist after the XFC or is the double image eliminated upon activation, allowing for example: Astral Vision combo > XFC > 2nd Astral Vision combo?
I can answer those questions.
In regards to your first one, the clone just disappears when it is over, no recovery animation.
The second one, just like other utility hypers, you can stack KFC on it and it won’t disappear.
What’s the meter gain like on Kiss and Throw? I was watching some vids from food fight of a guy running Dante/Deadpool/Morrigan and just spamming the crap out of Kiss and Throw and gun hypers and it seemed pretty fierce (links in the video thread btw)
About 25-30% meter gain.

Astral Vision the new Ouroboros? I can kinda see that. Good lock down, good mix up. Find the right assist and Morgz will be smokin’ fools.
If Strider is DLC I’m marrying him to Morgz for kiss and throw.
