Not sure what Lillit’s Tatsu would do for her though. Right now, she seems to have just about every move she needs. Any further additions should focus on tweaking her dashes and flight mode to give her insane rushdown - I want them to make it so that at the end of the day, people start calling her Morgneto.

With a little faster airdash, Morrigan/Trish could be the Mag/Storm of this game. Even if they aren’t, you have so many options for that last character: Chun for more rushdown, Doom or DP for lockdown/keep-away, Ammy for even more ambiguous crossups (and DHC Element Storm), Super Skrull or Dante for their AAA, Felicia as battery for Hyper shenanigans.
