Well, if I was selling that case, I would start at $200 shipped & price drop by $10 with each bump. This is around the price B15 was selling his painted blank cases for. It’s a themed stick, so it makes it a little tougher to sell, but it doesn’t look like it would be too hard to change the theme. Hopefully someone who loves to play Dhalsim & knows how high-quality B15 cases are will see it & snatch it up. Good luck!
Yes, I know as I am a proud owner of one of his masterpieces. I must admit that the conversion threw me off when I first purchased it from him, but it was still well worth it. I was just pointing out that B15 was selling painted blanks for 100GBP + 30GBP shipping & 10GBP for each additional colour. Of course that doesn’t mean you have to sell it at that price though…
Also kind of repeating my question, I’m being quoted 5 dollars to ship 8 buttons. Is this normal? Is there a cheaper option to ship? Anyone have any experience/advice to offer?
Well, if you were to order 8 pushbuttons from Lizard Lick or Focus Attack, shipping would cost more than $5. That being said, they use USPS Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation. The best thing to do is get the shipping quotes before you sell something and add it into the selling price. Whatever you do, always get delivery confirmation, as it is what will save you if the buyer decides to file a false PayPal claim.
I have a brand new, still in the box, Madcatz SF4 Standard Edition arcade stick for Xbox 360. I got it when everyone was going crazy for the TEs when they first came out and I figured I’ll at least get a SE. I did get my TE and I kept meaning to sell the SE and I never did. Now I need the money and I noticed that these are out of print. People on Amazon and Ebay are selling these for $150 and up. What is this thing really worth?
He might find a collector willing to cough up that kind of money but IMO it’s highly unlikely that he’s going to find a buyer. It’s also worth noting that in general PS3 sticks sell for a bit less than 360 ones as they’re more difficult to dual mod.
