Fair is in the eyes of the beholder. Those sticks are semi-hard to find, but I can guarantee you can find a better deal if you’re willing to wait. I did in the past. If you’re the seller, you’ll probably find someone willing to pay that price.

A MadCatz TE for 360 that’s used would definitely run you less than $100 if you wait for the right seller, although I’ve seen many of them hover in the $105-110 range more often so it depends if you want to play the waiting game. I’ve seen some ridiculously low prices for used TEs from sellers that need cash now, but the lowest you could reasonably expect for one is $80-85 and that may or may not include shipping.
Dual modded is different. I’ve seen some recently on here for $150 shipped. You could probably get it a little bit less for a used one but they’re not exactly common. You might be better off getting a new or used Qanba/Eightarc if you want it dual modded out the box.

and lastly…i have a chun-li 360 stick with no art work or box. planning on dual modding it and adding custom art work. what will she be worth with some cammy artwork(more or less)?
