Either you’re in denial or just stupid, anyone who’s used nemesis will tell you he’s pretty fucking good and will definitely be used and unlike IF he doesn’t need an assist to be effective, if anything IF is looking like the worst of the new cast so far but that’s not stopping me from using him.

Not nem discussion of course, but people WANT him to be good so they think he is, or thereabouts.

We in the IF thread try to be more realistic, knowing he has problems but hoping for another ‘everyone said wolverine would suck!’ moment once it comes out

Haha while it would be awesome for Iron Fist to end up being really good I can’t help but think “Man, I don’t want my favorite character to be the next Wolverine. Everyone will start using him!” But of course that’s just me being selfish. ^_~

I’d be happy for reasonably usable I’m willing to be branded a bandwagoner in this case, its better than the alternative

He doesn’t need to play him at his full potential to give us info we may not be privy to. And Max is a good enough player to find some good combos and set ups. My problem right now is finding way to get him and Nova on the same team.

In the interest of having the UMvC3 character threads be as awesome as possible, I am posting here to offer up my current Ultimate Dormammu Thread as a base skeleton to anyone who intends to manage a character thread, or something similar, in Ultimate. It is currently stripped of information, and will remain so until about a week before release. I am not attempting to toot my own horn, but rather offer to others what took me quite a bit of work to do, so that those who would rather not spend the time on such things do not have to.

I have received a lot of compliments to-date about the structure, and a few people have requested permission to use its structure for UMvC3, so I thought I would go around and make the offer to others who might not be aware that someone out there has already done the grunt work for them (haha). Because I am posting this in all the character forums, and this is time consuming on its own, I have not taken the time to check for how developed the thread I am posting on current is. Thus, I ask that no one be offended at my suggestion if your character forum is well constituted already - I mean no intrusion upon your methodologies!

No he cannot. But he has the fastest wavedash from the looks of it and he may have a good AA option with his ground to air kick.

Outrageous, for Assist me it should be Iron Fist/Vergil then Nova/PW. This is very disappointing. :*(
