Is the Chi thing a charge or a stance change? I was looking for differences and didn’t see many so I figured it wasn’t stances but wasn’t sure.

Pretty hype now that a representative of the Bruce Lee army is in a versus game.
It looks to be adding charges. It isn’t clear what they do yet.
Maybe damage? Sometimes he does ridiculous damage, sometimes it seems mediocre.
God damn he killed chris in 2 combos, thats a lot of damage considering one of the combos didn’t even end in a hyper. Can’t wait for seth killians demo of him and vergil, need to know more bout them.
After certain attacks, his fists turned yellow, and after the charge/stance change, they turned red.

His alt should be Fei Long.
He’s definitely going to have his white outfit as one of his costumes and I’m calling it now. He will have a Daredevil themed color because he took over as Daredevil for Matt Murdock during Civil War.

I think that a Daredevil alt is more likely.
red Iron Fist is also a must tho.

Looks kinda like his Fist of the Dragon move puts his enemy in an untechable knockdown, kinda like Wesker’s Cobra Strike. Hopefully he has some OTG capable moves.
EDIT: Oh, I guess he does have an OTG move, that big stomp (that every kung fu master seems to have).

So we don’t know what the Chi stances do yet correct? Watching the videos I didn’t take in any noticeable differences.
Love the character by the way. I’m going to out on a limb and say I like him so much, if he can’t work in one of my current two main teams - I’ll make a third just for him. Coming from someone who has solely based his MvC3 gameplay around building teams for Zero and Viper, that’s saying something.
And yea, hopefully we get that white/gold Avengers alt.
Something else I’ve noticed watching the vids - they never used anything to follow up his wall bounce strike besides his punching super. Hopefully he has some type of special or normal that can follow that up - if not, looks like you’ll need a beam assist or dash-in and OTG with that Doom-esque overhead kick.
^He can probably follow it up, it’s just that in these trailers/gameplay videos, they never actually follow up with combos that are very easily followed up. The fights themselves are fairly staged so that’s probably why, but I’d say his wallbounce can be combo’d off from very easily.
Also I’m very hyped for this character and I hope he makes for a good anchor because I’m looking into Zero/Frank/Iron Fist for my team.
