I’m thinking about Doom beam, Iron Man beam or Nova bema (PLEASE CAPCOM)
With his quick dash he just needs a horizontal lockdown like Doom, Ammy (though I don’t play her) or Ironman off the top of my head. If you can land block stun with any of those, it’s a free combo waiting to happen.
He absorbed one of firebrands air fireballs also this guy is going to be serious.

I’m thinking Hidden Missiles, Cold Star or that new Hawkeye assist the scatter shot one would be Ridiculous for Danny.
Can you think of uses for this? I also thought it was godlike but couldn’t think of a practical way to use it. I’m going with the Dragon Kick right now just to apply pressure and use the alpha counter to get myself away from pressure
I just noticed something about Iron Fist that I think I’m going to like. One of the gameplay videos proves that once Iron Fist does a chi powerup, it follows him as he’s switched out(just like hyper combo transformations, i.e. Jill’s mad beast, Dante’s devil trigger, etc.)
If you can really stack those, does that mean that you could potentially spend your entire match building an Immortal Iron Fist(sorry, had to say it) on the bench, only to unleash his freakish kung-fu power when the time is right?
Use it in the middle of combos to setup a reset or use it to extend ground combos for characters that really don’t have a long ground series.

I play Wesker so I really have no clue on resets being setup by assists, it’s not like I need it lol

Yea like if you think about it - once you send a character in the air, you’re constantly juggling them which limits a lot of options. If you do GROUND COMBO > CRUMPLE now you can do whatever you want - then go into an air series.
Iron Fist looks like he’ll have a hard time getting in without a good assist like drones so I doubt anchor will be the way to go. But that stun assist is so gdlke that alone makes him a good 2nd on any team.
Man, if only we had Misty Knight.
