@ K1: a few comments about the snk matches

Why weren’t you using the j.mk OS ex.tatsu in case he used an ex.headbutt? I saw quite a few j.mk’s eat an EX HB on his wakeup.

The first match you posted you blocked a few butt slams but in the later matches you got hit by seemingly random butt splashes a lot while crouch blocking.

I saw you doing a lot of d+mp elbow drops in the middle of nowhere. I’m assuming those were meant to bait out headbutts.

You used a lot of bushin flip throws on his wakeup. Do you know if lp or ex headbutt would lose to the throw or beat it out?

You canceled a lot of bushin flips in the elbow inside honda’s poke range.

You hit honda with a TC in the corner and did run/stop instead of lp.hozanto or mk.tatsu. Hit confirming into damage would have really helped there.

You tried to jump away when he started pressuring you. That and your general tendency to jump got you nailed by the nj.fierce and butt splashes.

If honda has super you WILL eat it unless you bait an EX move before he gets a chance. Seems like that would’ve been the time to bait the headbutts. If he lands a combo that allows him to have charge he WILL cancel into super if he’s half decent (and SNK is far better than that). His super is as easy to land as guy’s is.

Seems like you avoided footsies. Lots of run and bushin flip and jump in stuff but not much poking.

Considering the matchup is supposedly 7-3, and considering youre supposed to be such a great Honda player, and considering you think you know the matchups so well, why is it that a “SRK star” took you to less than half health, round 3, so many times ?
all youre doing is proving your a dick. and yeah, ill ft10 you any time you want and ill get to at least 6 or 7. and i think its kinda funny how you didnt mention anything about me calling you out on playing Honda. Honda doesnt take very much skill to use well, even Ross said that. No mind games, no mixup. nothing.
it never ceases to amaze me how bad people get butthurt over them being put in a video where they lose one match. SNK I want to run a set with you playing seriously vs. me. I need to see if I can find SOMETHING to use against Honda before I decide to pick up a Sub. And don’t say anything about Gouken…he’s old and busted.
Does anyone have any matchups in particular that you would like to see a vids of ? I know there have been requests for Chun and Rog…any others ? I’ll have them up in a few days
thank you for posting this. I know now what to watch out for vs. Honda. I’ll only do d+mp elbow drops when you are holding down back and not all the time. I’ll also look for Hondas that jump (which is pretty much every Honda) so I can counter with izuna grab in the air.
Play any good Makato and Rose players?

In other news, I managed to get a few games in against Slick Rick’s E. Honda. I think he plays somewhat differently than Mr.SNK does, but the end result would have been the same: I got beaten up really, really, really, really badly. I think I lost about twenty times and only won once. I saved the one time I won, though. :lol:
I also got the chance to play two ranked matches against Sabre’s Cody. I lost the first match and won the second.
I’ll post the videos as soon as I can (or remember).
Yo Str[e]ak it has been a while. We’ll have to catch up one of these days. And Slick is a freaking beast man you can’t sleep on him.

I play Miikeys Rose on a daily basis, ill record a best of 5 with him and put it up. Makotos, no, i dont play good ones anymore. I used to play with ActionAdams (one of the best Mak’s in the nation, he is just very unknown because he cant make it to tournies etc) but he isnt able to get on very much anymore. I might have a few against a Mak player i played with today.

BTW: If anybody would like to play matches vs a good Cammy, I would love to play you. Im working on Cammy again to use alongside Guy (If you dont think I have a solid cammy, ask miikey, Unraveled bacon, Blooddrunk or Shine3rection. Ive played my cammy vs all of them, Miikey in particular. )

and yes i play rose, definitely not the best, but i know the Guy matchup so well that it makes me look so much better
