Just to give you a logical trail to follow; the right when confronted with actual non bias truth, retreat further and further and further into information sources that feed their personal biases. There is no jumping off point where they say, “no that’s too crazy”, and go back to something more main stream.
To the point that the right is currently sympathetic to QAnon. With actual QAnon people now in congress. The right is at the point of mostly consuming from Facebook and YouTube. As those platforms purge misinfo, the right will again will retreat to more fringe sources like brietbart or info wars
You have to at some point understand that your “side” leans heavily into misinformation
