Pretty excited KI coming to pc, but more excited that it’s another crossplay title. Hopefully we see more xbox/ps exclusive for pc with crossplay!

You can get a nice, 20" something commercially sold monitors for like a 100-200 bucks. Last Christmas Samsung were selling 16:9 1080p LED monitors around here for a little over a 125 bucks and up, I ended up getting a 27" one for ~300 with a whopping 5ms response time(I think this equals to less than 1 frame of input lag or something.) If that’s a no go check your local Craigslist/Kijiji, because your current monitor sounds terrible and the resolutions you’re playing games at right now is what I was playing them at in 2000.
A new monitor would be the biggest upgrade for you, pedoviejo. Just keep in mind you’re going to see a HUGE performance hit going from > 720p resolution to 1080p. @pedoviejo

Keep in mind, there is a very VERY good chance it will be F2P.
And it’s already been announced by the dev’s that any DLC you’ve purchased on XB1 carries over and vice versa. So basically I got a full copy of KI waiting for me on PC. Get to use a stick again, praise Jesus!!!

Look forward to seeing all you guys on PC KI. I’ll most likely make the switch to Windows 10 KI since the cross buy allows me to just transfer my Xbox One shit over any ways. Once you get used to the way it works it’s really fun. You always have to be thinking during every hit you use in a combo or every hit the opponent uses in their combo. Very unique for a fighter. There are some unbreakable shenanigans but I feel that’s good as it gives you an option for guaranteed damage when you need it.
The game gives you a free to play character that changes up every week. If you’re living in poverty you can still play at least 1 of the characters for free each week. You can buy everything you need for basic gameplay purposes for just 40 bucks (Combo Breaker Season 1 and 2 packages). I’m sure they’ll have deals on the Ultra package also. If you only like a few characters you can buy a few at 5 dollars each.
three complete seasons could end up costing only the price of a regular game. Easily my favourite game of this gen. I’m incredibly excited about finally getting to fight some of you mofo’s. Guarantee this is a fighting game that will piss you off as you learn about combo breakers, counter breakers, shadow counters, and all that crazy shit, and then you’ll just be in love as you style on your opponent and craft 200+ hit triple ultra combos.

I hope it comes out sooner than later. Pre October = I learn the game. Post October = I play it rarely if ever, and never get good. I look forward to fatherhood, but man my gaming outlook is Grim!

I picked up Lichdom Battlemage for 5 bucks, because what I’ve seen and heard about it…it was a “get for cheap on a steam sale” type game.
I heard Lichdom Battlemage is great if you love mircomanaging your stats. I’m not such a person so I’m not sure how I would like the game.
All XB1 Killer Instinct purchases will carry over to Windows. You’ll just be signing into Windows Gaming using your XBL account.

3xx series cards are beginning to get benchmarked. Looks like 390x is a 290x with more vram. It only starts sees significant performance gains over 290x at 1440p.
Still no Fury or fury x benches.
