There’s a lot of minor issues everywhere in Pillars, however they said there’s gonna be a patch coming out this week (I hope).
Having finally put a good 6 hours into the game today (total of 8, been busy and shiiiiiiit), and yeah… yeaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh…
From random spells not working, commands just not responding, unable to pick up certain items, audio bugs, etc etc
Funny thing is, it was said that the game play really solid during beta. When final release came out, all those who played beta are confused as to all the bugs “added”.
ok, i think for now imma build 2 mid-range gaming computers (one of me and one for a friend) and AMD it out once their supahot hardware drops. how does this look?
I just started back on weekend shift. Damn this new schedule. We swap every 3 weeks now. There’s no time to even get used to it before I’m back to a completely different weekend cycle.
Like I’ve said before, weekends are iffy for me. They are my days off and I usually spend them out of the house. However, it is raining today so that might keep me inside. I’ll know by tonight.
Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin is giving me Xbox 360 button prompts after I unplugged my pad since the analogs don’t work so I’ve been playing with a KB+mouse instead.
I have most of the controls memorized regardless but goddamn is this annoying.
The reviews made that expansion out to be a buggy mess. Made me wait on pulling the trigger on it. Though I do need to get it since I haven’t bought any of the DLCs.
Consider getting a 1TB Sata Hard Drive too, because a 250GB SSD will not last long at all. Just use the Hard Drive for storing the games + other extraneous files, and use your SSD for the OS + important programs (and maybe the occasional game).
yeah, with steam games and surprisingly little movies and music, my 3tb HDD is down to 1.5tb left.
I had a 256GB HDD, and had to upgrade it due to the small size. With under 1/2 a TB SSD, the best you’re getting to do is install your OS, and a few other files. You’ll get fucked the moment you have a single program on your Windows startup, that isn’t on the SSD.
That being said, I keep hearing that 10tb SSD’s are gonna be out by the end of the year or next
