I don’t know if it’s really fair to call UT4 pre-alpha at this point. Looks more complete than many alphas do.
Unreal Tournament pre-alpha is crazy. It looks and runs better than some recent completed games.
You can also buy Windows just once and transfer the license to a new PC.
Make something unreal when? I made a few mods for DMC4, I may have to get in on this if Epic is still throwing money.

LOL I have no idea how to make games. Only thing I did was make a Mario game but Mario is very simple and it was 2D and it was so long ago still in the 90s and that was like using Borland C++. Recently I only did stuff with Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate with C++ and it was no graphics nothing gaming related backend stuff.
I’ll check it out when I’ll have a free weekend but C++ for video games doesn’t sound too profitable to me and statistically the chances aren’t high enough.
Also, if I made a game, pretty sure like 99% of the new generation would bitch about its difficulty.

Hooooooooly shit I was wrong about Lyonar’s dispel unit, it’s a 1/4 for 3 mana that dispels ON EVERY ATTACK. Not just one dispel like the little blue guy from neutral, every attack he does dispels. If you can buff him enough nobody can play shit against you holy shit I’m doing this once I get more cards

I thought K&L2 was a solid third-person shooter. I never played the original K&L, though. Sleeping Dogs is one of the better open-world games from last-gen, imo. Soul Suspect looks terrible from what I’ve seen of it.

BTW, I just bought this. It’s pretty awesome, but I did not pay that for it. I payed just under half that. Spilled wine on my old shitter and finally got tired of buying shitty keyboards for $15 - $20 a pop. So I got this one at Best Buy. At least I can repair it if something goes wrong and/or have an actual warranty. This one has a 4 year warranty, which is nice. Site says 4 year, book says 2 year. Odd.
Good thing I turn off spell check when I write, since it’s a bitch learning this thing.
I bought Max Payne 3 on consoles because of that shit. I hear GTAV is going to use it+more DRM on top of that, so good luck to people buying GTAV on PC.

thief is the most underrated game of 2014, that game is so good it’s ridiculous. if you like stealth this game is out of control, especially if you play it in complete/real stealth mode (have to do it from options). a playthrough in real stealth is difficult, requires knowledge, execution, planning, in-depth memorization, you know…shit in videogames that take skill, and is extremely rewarding.
