Fuck the bullshit.
I splurged and got me that Samsung Pro SSD I mentioned some posts back.
and only $4 bucks for one-day shipping, too (but damn, that large chunk of TAX).
Oh well, hopefully itāll be more than worth it. Supposed to be the fastest SSD in the market right now.
Iām a dumbass, this Duelyst game gives you 20 booster packs to start, and my ass was playing with the default deck. No wonder I was gettin worked over so badly smhā¦
my case fan is so fucking loud. can anyone recommend one that is good and silent? or maybe some insight on liquid cooling, like how does it actually work, does it need to be hooked up like your fans? etc. thanks in advance!
If youāre looking to get into liquid cooling get an All in one kit. Donāt start with a custom loop. Corsair makes some really good ones and Raijintek makes a really nice looking one with colored liquid (its the one I use).
Basicall you screw in a backplate into your mobo and attach the front, plug the pump like a fan and screw in the radiator to the side like a regular fan.
This Duelyst game solves the biggest problem Iāve always had with card games, I can stall and survive with smart positioning and planning if I donāt get the cards I want. Some dude ran a deck based around SUPER buffing a minion designed to travel alongside his general. I managed to run away, using units to block their path and pick away at another enemy that spawned copies of itself every time a spell was used, which was a lot with all the buffs. With 5 health left (out of 25) I finally managed to draw the dispel card I needed to debuff his big hitter, and started to mount the comeback.
If that was Hearthstone or something my ass woulda been dead in the water taking that long to finally draw a dispel card.
Yeah, put in the stuff right (not hard, though what size of one you want depends on your case) and itāll run pretty darn quiet and have your CPU running a lot cooler than a standard air cooler would (good for overclocking, if youāre into that type of thing).
But yeah, get a premade closed-loop kit. I have a Corsair H100i installed. Does me all kinds of gewd. Plus you get a damn good warranty (I THINK Corsair covers your system if their deal somehow fucks up and ruins your machine⦠compared to going balls-to-the-wall and making your own custom set-up. Sheesh even one of those parts would cost as much as getting a whole kit).
The one I run (The Raijintek Tritton) is very quiet, the pump has a very faint hum but itās apparently a very powerful pump and can be undervolted or tonned down. Iām assuming this is standard. There a virtually silent setups.
