I gave no fucks about getting a pirate copy of win 7 after the cash I dropped on vista ultimate ed, specifically grabbed my brothers install disc and spent 40secs on the net to find a bum serial. That shit costs too much money considering the rate they were churned out, but ill go in my pocket for a retail win10 I guess.
The price ranges on laptops are so wide though, weâd be better off knowing at least a ballpark figure on what youâre willing to spend. A couple hundred dollars isnât going to get you anything that plays games worth a fuck, unless itâs off craigslist or something.
The laptop route is just going to cost you out the nose if you want performance, there isnât any real way around it.
Stuff like this makes me get games on specific platforms over others.
Battlefield series has more people on average playing their games on the PlayStation platform than any other. Which is kind of crazy to think about, considering Battlefield started out as a PC series and has a lower player cap on console compared to PC(next-gen consoles rock 64 player counts, though.) I was shocked to see the playerbases the way they were when I was looking at Battlefieldstats.com. Still, I prefer to play certain Battlefield games on PC VS console(BF3âs 64 players > consoles 24 players for example.)
I think the PS3 has the most unique players playing USFIV at any given time, too.
Yesterday, my computer had a BSOD and resetted itself. When it did started up again, it ran awfully slow, so I thought maybe it was the RAM. Google told me to do a mdsched.exe test, and after the test it ran fine again. However, does this mean my RAM is on its last legs and I should get new one? Or maybe do other tests on the RAM?
BSOD could also be software related that runs from the hardware.
When I stream, if OBS crashes on me I get the BSOD only cause my capture card acts fun with the software on Windows 7.
Otherwise, if it is bad ram, then yes, youâll have to replace it.
If the issue continues, then thereâs a chance you have a bad ram slot. Which in this case, place the ram in another slot, and avoid that specific slot⌠forever (unless you know someone who can fix up ram slots). Ram is cheap, and most companies will repair that stick of Ram for yaâ for freeeeeeeeeeeeeeee so call them up.
