So the UPS driver decided it was an awesome idea to leave my package in front of my building…4 feet from the sideway of a busy boulevard. So obviously it got swiped. So all my remaining pieces got stolen, along with about $500 worth of other shit. Fuck you UPS. Fuck you.

I loved all the options and outcomes in origins. First game I really got into where so many decisions affect so many things. Plus blood mage was so fun. I found the combat challenging and the specializations great. Actually I think it was my first bioware game, so it was all very new to me. Edit: scratch that, I played kotor and kotor 2
Inquisition hits the right story notes for me, and the companions all intrigue me. I’m not big on open world’s (oblivion and skyrim exhausted me on them) but it feels so right here. Combines what’s right with mass effect and what was right in dragon age. Tons of meaningful choices, a great cast of characters, diverse regions, and a really great story (so far).
Plus the graphics… The environments look amazing. 30 FPS cut scenes ruin some of the immersion
you are supposed to file the complain with whoever you bought it from. not ups. YOU are not responsible for all that work.
Ive been around on both side of the fence and know exactly how all this shit works. with proper complain they’ll refund all your money or send replacement parts. they should know that they need to add signature confirmation for expensive packages. its also better to pay with american express. they usually favor the buyer in this type of situation.

I ordered shit before from Amazon that turned up either missing or horribly damaged. I filed a complaint that I never received and Amazon refunded me and when I wanted to buy the same thing I got free next day delivery.
I tried before to complain to the delivery company but that shit was pointless from my experience.

If you or a friend plays Val -medic-, ABUSE THE SHIT OUT OF THAT TRANQ GUN. Always try to keep the Tranq debuff up whenever possible. You’ll limit a monsters mobility so much to the point that it’ll do way more mitigation for your team than just healbotting and hell it’ll probably help with your team’s dps uptime against the monster since it’ll be a easier target since it’ll be highlighted and just overall a sitting duck.
Use it especially if you can get a opening shot vs a monster that you just spotted in the distance and aggressively keep the debuff up if it’s trying to escape. Though you’ll absolutely would want to keep your team mates healthy while searching, keep them relatively topped off, but if possible try to be in a good position to get a opening shot within a moments notice.

Alright I got a question. I am not looking to start a shit storm here because I know this is an easy debate topic, but I just want an opinion.
AMD or Intel CPU?
State which you prefer and why. Dont bash the other. I dont come in here often so I dont want to shit up the thread. I started a new job recently and I am currently working on a hypothetical build. I currently dont have the funds to buy any shit right now, but I want to make up an outline of what I want for when I have enough cash saved. I have the know how on putting togther a computer so Im fine on that front, but I dont really have any preferences or extensive knowledge as to part manufacturers. I’ve built computers on paper in college and the specs allways check out.
I normally start with the CPU that meets what I need, find a motherboard based on the socket type, narrow down choices by how much RAM I want, and then if it can support any extra cards I want. My hypothetical build doesnt have a budget, but I dont really want it to be a fucking NASA super computer. I just want it to be a little above average gaming desktops, but not a top of the line enthusiast PC for the time being.
This is currently what I’m looking at on only a little research. Havent heard too much bad stuff about it aside from the thermal paste it comes with being shit.

EDIT: Also I want to have that nice silky 60FPS and most games. It’s looking like this processor has issues retaining that on higher settings.
