The Witcher 2 does sound very interesting. I may pick it up during the Winter Sale.

Telling you bruvs, get on this Witcher 2 if you havenāt before the Steam sale ends. Iām playing on it with low-end/medium graphics settings and the game is still gorgeous.
Also, the things some of these npc says is downright legendary; fukinā Zoltan man
. Sometimes Iād just wait next to a bunch of soldiers just to hear em crack jokes. Some of the ones I remember so far as of Chapter 2:

The script on this game is really something else - it just fits the characters. At one point, I was laughing so hard my gf gave me that wtf look. She just doesnāt understand.

I didnāt know EA charges tax on their digital games via Origin.
If you change your state/location to one without OST(online sales tax) you can completely avoid it.

Dragon Age Inquisition runs terribly on my rig. Not a surprise, but wowā¦ Wasnāt expecting quite this level of bad. All low settings with the resolution scaled back just to get a consistent game rate. No fault of the game though.
Itās basically a mix of origins and da2 on an open world. Not too far into it, but Iām enjoying it a lot so far. Terrified of the timesink it represents (reportedly 80 hour-ish campaign), but itās definitely a step in the right direction.

Canāt always say itās not a fault of the game. Optimization is on them as well. Some games can get way more out of their mid range settings on mid range computers than other games can. Developers/publishers with proper QA departments (ie NOT EA or Ubisoft) will have their games perform better on mid range hardware.
Also sucks to hear about DOA5 not having netplay at launch. They woulda had my preorder, but not now.
Hopefully the online patch will arrive when the Summer Sale doesā¦
I hope it arrives sooner than that honestly. We need more solid, hassle free online releases for 3D fighters on steam.

Iām a little hurt because I was hype to play some DOA on my computer.
crimzon clover is downright amazing. i put so many hours into the game when it was first released. i want to say i 1CCed all difficulties but i can remember, itās been a while. i will probably pick world ignition during the christmas sale, i hear it has an extra ship and such.
also, witcher 2 is so amazing, one of the most important games of the last generation. itās scope is so absurd, not sure many games can touch it in that regard. the first boss fight with the main villain was so epic.
on another note i beat Risk of Rain on Monsoon difficulty (hardest available) with the engineer, pretty baller. double and triple jump is probably the most important power ups you can get on monsoon imo.
