I wasn’t a fan of X-Com. I never played the old ones, but this game was to rigid and simplistic for my tastes. The game isn’t terrible tho, I did enjoy it. But after beating it once, I had no taste to play again.
Coming from the people that made Civ V, it was a let down.
I don’t remember either, haha. For some reason I thought L4D1 was release before 2008. No idea why.
Which CS version do you play?
Sadly only Source. My HL1 no longer works so no more CS1.6 for me until I get off my ass and buy it on steam. :[
I’m down for playing some games an stuff… The only multiplayers I have though are L4D2, Chivalry and Awesomenauts and I haven’t played a team based FPS since MAG on PS3 like 3 years ago…
Anyone know how good the PC port of Sonic All-Star Racing Transformed is?
It has also the car of Football Manager, its a good sign. It makes actually a lot of fun, I would buy it.
I know how good the game is. I have the PS3 version. I want to know how the PC port compares to console version to know if it’s worth double dipping.
I picked up Garry’s Mod on the Steam sale and Chivalry on the Green Man Gaming sale. I may pick up one or two more games depending on what else pops up. I should pick up Torchlight 2 while it’s 5 bucks, but the first game is waiting on my hard drive waiting for me to play it.
I don’t think I have time for all of these games.
It has the Football Manager, Total War Shogun, Team Fortress 2, and just added Company of Heroes vehicles…I might grab it as well.

Guys I need some help picking out a laptop for my girlfriend. She mainly plays the Sims but I can see her playing other stuff as she likes Left 4 Dead and Resident Evil and what not on her 360. I know I’m looking for:
-Screen Size: Between 14-15.whatever inches
-Graphics Card: Yes please. I need something that should be pretty good to run games at least 30fps. She’s not a graphics whore but she’s sad when she can’t get features like weather or body weight changes in The Sims.
-Ram: I assume 8 gigs is what I’ll be getting and will be good enough.
-CPU: i7 whatever. I don’t need Haswell I think. Ivy should be good enough for awhile right?
-Touch Screen: Yes yes.
-My/Her Budget: No more than $1250 or so.
Also I plan on building a pc for myself this year and I’m using the BitFenix Prodigy case. So I’ll probably be back in here asking about that when the time comes.

I only bought 4 games this year. I got Dark Souls (I haven’t stopped played it since), Mirrors Edge, Mark of the Ninja and Batman: AC. Not really much that interested me this year that I didn’t already have.
Anyhow, I was wondering how much do you guys think you have spent on paid DLC since it became a thing, PC and console? I remember the first game I really noticed that shit was Oblivion on Xbox. I think I bought something on there. I also got some of the DLC for Lumines Live. that’s it. I haven’t bought anymore dlc since. Im not really down with that shit for some reason.
