Faster Than Light is great…if you like certain things.
The game is amazing if you’re willing to use your imagination. The animation and the music are not exactly top notch, but the gameplay (turned-based), man, the gameplay is something else. Every playthrough is its own little unique adventure, tense and exciting, and you go from wimpy space loser to a Mega Death Destroyer so naturally you’ll barely notice.
