thanks on the feedback for the 3DS guysā¦ It pretty much all depends on how much overtime I work this week which will dictate whether or not I get it. I might actually have to miss out on Barfights this week due to work being shortstaffed, but nobody wants a free win anyway Iām sure =) I havenāt touched my main since the tournament in Tampa last month, I donāt think lol. If I canāt make it, Iāll almost surely swing through to catch the 2nd half of the action. Props on donating to the disaster, couldnāt be for a better cause.

I havenāt played Homefront or the demo. The most I know about that game is that its a shooter. How many shooters come out per month? Too many. Dropping the price is possibly the best option. I donāt know. The last shooter I bought was Halo 3. I canāt have too many of the same/similar games.

@Dro - nah, I still havenāt played the demo yet, dude. Iām hearing the 360 demo will include 2 extra characters, Cyrax & Kung Lao. I believe it, since the price we have to pay as 360 owners (or non-PS3 owners), is that weāll have to wait a significant amount longer to play it. Iām gonna soak it up big time when I get it. Everybody that Iāve talked to thus far has had more positive things to say about the game than negativeā¦ donāt expect those 50+% combos to stay in the final product lol. Iām predicting in advance that my main will be between Kung Lao, Mileena and Stryker (my UMK3 Stryker was BOSS).
@Carlos - nice! The 3DS is looking cooler and cooler as each day goes by. Iāll probably wanna test one out first before I drop the cash on it. Thereās just so many damn gaming options available nowā¦

yeah, Iām leaning towards pad before I even play the game. Iāve played MK games (at home) on pads since 92. I hope it works well with the Mad Catz SF pad, because that pad is ludicrously comfortable imo. Iāll try both ā but Iām thinking Iām gonna stick to my roots and go with pad. Ian had a good point about the block button, it just seems more intrinsically in sync with holding a shoulder button to block than holding a button on a stick.
I am personally in favor of this plan; my scheduleās still all fucked up from Final Round, and i want to get some sleep tonight.
