Epic on Wii U: UE4 not “intended” for the platform, but could be ported to Wii U

There are games that a couple members of the press know are coming but weren’t announced at E3. Supposedly Nintendo is going to be having an event on September to discuss more on games for next year.

Madden and Fifa finally got announced for Wii U and Mass Effect 3 will be a launch title. Madden will have enhancements pretty much in the way how I thought it would which is good.

No talk on how Mass Effect 3 will be different on the system though…It’d be funny if it had the ‘Kinect functionality’ in it because of the microphone being in the controller. If EA wanted to be cool they’d include the DLC that’s been released up to the point that the game has been released…but they probably won’t.

Anyone else finding Wii U’s lineup to be a bit overwhelming? I think it’s awesome on one hand but knowing that I’d actually like to take time to thoroughly play (sometimes master) any game I purchase, I feel like I’m going to have to delay getting many Wii U games that I am very excited to buy just so I can have time to actually thoroughly play the games. In short, I feel like I could build a backlog within my Wii U collection REALLY fast with this lineup if I’m not careful.

Again…I don’t really care about Madden but it does sell. Someone did make a good point in that thread about this being a lose-lose situation and I pretty much agree with it. We’ll see what happens next year.
Mass Effect 3 will be able to be played 'off tv’
There’s definitely a lot of games that I would like to buy for the Wii U when I get it but I don’t know quite yet what I want to be the Day 1 games. Project p-100 and Darksiders II right now are definite and as of this moment I don’t think I actually want to get NSMBU at launch…I know that game is going to sell so I want to try to support some of the other games. I’m thinking really hard on Pikmin 3, ZombiU, and Rayman Legends. I’m actually really interested in Assassin’s Creed but I haven’t even finish 1 yet and 2 is chillin waiting for me to finish 1. God damn my backlog of shit lol…

I’ll be getting a bunch of others but those will most likely be the first two along with some smaller download-only games.
