Same as last year folks, we’d all like to know who is flying out for EVO so we can be on the same flight(s)! Its better to fly with friends, that way if I go down in flames, I have homies to go out with and not some punk ass kids next to me. Last year I believe Zach started a thread like this so we could all try our best to fly out at roughly the same time and it worked out great. But seriously, lets get this planning process in gear!

One of the noted perks of flying with friends is not only do you have someone to talk to that you know on your flight, you also have a partner to go in on the cab fair from the Las Vegas airport to the hotel that you are staying at. Who doesn’t like saving money? Its a goddamn recession people!

Last year we had a flight with about 12 Northwest heads and we had a limo just chillin’ at Las Vegas airport (by coincidence)…anyway, we all fit into this super stretch ride to the Rio and it was relatively cheap in price for the 12 of us.

Post your flight information in this thread if you wanna be a cool kid!

1) Name of the airline + Flight number

2) Time that your flight departs from SEA/PDX & arrives to Las Vegas

3) The seat number on your flight, this is important if you’d like to sit next to your friends!

**4) The hotel that you are staying at. It would make sense for group A to go to hotel A and group B go to hotel B. I do not need to explain this further do i? **

5) Post your return flight schedule as well I guess, it wouldn’t hurt.

6) I know I’m missing something here…will update when I remember.

Also, don’t be discouraged if you wait 'till the last minute and book a flight that no one is on. If you’re lazy like I was last year and get on a flight that leaves AFTER a flight that your friends are on AND it is with the same airline then you can do a standby. I did this and got on the same flight that a lot of other people took because someone didn’t show up, hooray for Super Joe!

I will update this main post as people post their flight schedules. That way people just need to check this main post to see who’s doing what pending I do not get lazy for a few days and not update this thread :).

As for myself, I know I need to purchase my ticket to LV this week. Obviously, I have not done this yet or I wouldn’t have made typed the previous sentence, lol.

Also, important, if you find a insanely cheap flight out on the internet then please let everyone know so we can all benefit from your hard work!

I booked mine yesterday with SOUTHWEST, THURSDAY: #995 PDX to San Jose(going to meet up with Gerald) 7am - 845am, #386 sanjose to Las vegas 925am-1050am, MONDAY depart: #634 lasvegas to Reno 805am-920am #888 Reno to PDX 1005am-1130am. tickets said 123$ each but my receipt says base fare: 114.42 (each) + 29.98(each) GOvt. taxes and fees for a total of 144.40(each) so Grand total 288.80. This should be my my real total since there’s no baggage fee for SOUTHWEST.

If we get a group of 10 or more people for a southwest flight we can get a discount. There’s 5 people in my room and if we got together we’d only need 5 more. I was thinking thursday afternoon flight.

Well we’d need 3 more? And soon. Tryn’a buy this shit this weekend. I think 30 days from the date is where the prices jacks up again. Gotta run it by emor and dugg too… I don’t really understand how to collaborate the payment though.

Oh I gotta check if it means round trip too. I don’t know if you guys are tryin’ to leave on sunday or monday. I was leaning toward monday. I’m not gonna be out drinking when I’m still in the competition so I wanted sunday fo sho to hang out.
