What’s up people? Just wanted to pop in and say it’s good to see SoMD getting light. I live in VA right now (in Woodbridge by Potomac Mills), but my family has always been in Oxon Hill (PG) right up and off of 210. I got cousins and an uncle who still stay out there and play.

Besides I’ll anchor our team as the last player Bunz so if we lose it’s technically my fault. I’m like the higher level player that likes to hang around the scrubs and wanna be good players cuz I have a thing for teaching people stuff about fighting games. I’m actually starting to like Cammy a lot more the more I see her play. She’s extremely quick in this game. I don’t think I’ve seen Cammy move faster in anything other than Marvel. Once you get good with her you’ll have people confused about even pressing buttons at you. Besides you got the best Viper in MD backing you up. Which means if I make a mistake I die. :lol:
So before I start this post I just want to say that I just got done fast forwarding through 7 hours of news in the matter of an hour, and I saw the BIGGEST Walmart EVER!!! ok…
So I can promise button mashing is very minimal. The guys have gotten me out of that habit. I know how to do the moves, I just have to know when to use them lol. K1NG’s partner showed me a couple tricks and I was tearin people up on XBL last week with it so I’m almost ok now haha. I’m really excited to see how everything goes. I’ve got everything crossed on this one… I’ll really just be satisfied if I can get a round or two on someone though I’m not even going to lie.

so I recently just moved down here and staying with my mom. i’m all for meetups seeing I kinda need to find more people in MD again. Especially now that Arcades are basically dead around here and most of the cats I chilled with are nowhere to be found.

Yeah I guess it’s a thing I have for helping the weaker get even a little bit better. Without them the scene can’t grow so I feel an obligation to get out there and help them feel more comfortable about the game. I think SFIV will be the first game in a long while that I’ll actually go out more often to hang out with the stronger players. At least meeting up with the BMore players from time to time alone would help my game a lot.
