Don’t waste your time with it. Baccano is much better than that pile of trash.
I wouldn’t mind if they put in some of the newer anime shows that the kids like these days if it would bring back toonami but seriously I pray for Tenchi Muyo and the old DBZ on TV again. I’ve seen them all a dozen times but damn would it make me feel good to see them back.

Well its seems to be the general consensus about that show. I’ve mostly seen negative comments about Durarara but this is the first time I’ve asked if was legitimately bad. I definitely will still checked it out, after Baccano I still feel like owe the director :P. But now it will be with slightly lower expectations.
Durarara!! is actually pretty good (Bacanno! is better tho). It has a lot of good unique characters. The first story arc is better then the second one tho, which drags and leaves off some unfinished plot points but it’s still a good show in general.
I want to believe as well but I have this awful feeling in my gut AS is going to fuck it up with a lame 15 minute comedy show or a new animate sitcom they bought from Fox. Cheap motherfuckers.
I agree, Durarrara is a very good show, it doesn’t have the true frenetic pace nor do all of its characters reach the level of those in Bacanno but it is a solid show, that I personally really like.
It is made up of three connecting arcs that build on the previous one(s) and I actually sort of liked the second arc of the show more then the first or last one, the tension was great during that period and the ending magnificent.
My personal opinion on Durarara is…Don’t watch. I’ve tried to watch a few eps here and there, but it doesn’t do it for me. If you want to see closer to where I am, Get on that Laughing Man Saga. Get a condom, because this thing will blow ya mind kinda dirty. :tup: On topic…
