thing is…they don’t seem to get any anime that Sentai Filmworks have under licence…Which is alot of good stuff mind you…so thats one thing…and they seem to be working with Funamation to some extent as well…thats why they got bleach…but they need to air something like Fate/Zero(which just started its second season) and other note worthy anime that has came out within the recent months…oh ya…Person 4 just finished so thats a good pick as it would put Altus over for their US Persona audience.
If they do bring back Toonami, they should add GaoGaiGar.

there were a few shows that were picked up by pretenders to the toonami throne back during the height of its power that should’ve been there. sci-fi (before its dumb name change) carried gurren lagann and gundam 00. tech tv (before getting bought out by g4) had last exile and a few others. ifc even aired some stuff.
maybe if toonami returns they can pick up these shows again now that those impostors are gone.
and maybe air the end of inuyasha. it was adult swim, but damn that “yelling each other’s names” promo always made me fall over laughing.

Yo I keep forgetting that Gundam 00 aired on Sci Fi and aired real late. If only it aired on CN, I would’ve remembered to actually watch it. :lol:

Y’all just don’t know how any times I watched this clip at work and laughed out loud. From Piccolo looking ugly at 00:38 and dude with the hair at 00:45, I been rolling.
That’s the main thing I love about DBZ. People’s faces when they KNOW they’re about to get blown off. And this promo hyped that damn movie like no other. I want to watch it again.

Was watching Toonami Aftermath stream for a while, but seeing new promos and classic Toonami on TV was just excellent.
Seems really obvious CN has good relations with Funimation still and Funimation is sitting on a ton of anime such as Fist of the North Star (assuming the shows they have on their main site and streaming for free are in their control).
Seriously, retire Inuyasha and then shoot him in the woods, it’s been airing on CN in some variations for what feels like 10 years now. C’mon CN pick a new old anime!
agreed. There has been a huge increase in the number of people on toonami aftermath and AKOTP.
NUH UH!! They pretty much built up the ending. I mean, the story was essentially a Japanese Romeo & Juliet.
