Really…it took y’all that long to figure out who I was? It’s not like I was freaking hiding anything. Hell I was hoping everyone would blow me up for the shit I pulled last time because I honestly fucking deserved it. But then I figured, I’m pretty much no one, so I didn’t say anything.
And again, I said it all back when DW was chosen and I found out about its schedule. They are poor, there’s not much else they can honestly grab. Hell, preferably I wished they could’ve held off on Toonami for a few months so they could actually amass some budget, get some better anime and get everything set up better. They were likely rushed by higher ups to get it out since they don’t really care about Toonami’s fate. If it goes well, great, they get more viewers for cheap. If not, no biggie, they get rid of it, same amount of viewers AND they could flip off anyone begging for Toonami to come back.
Anyway, I know where this is going, I know both of ya’ll hate me, and I understand it, so you both can put me on ignore or blow me up, doesn’t really matter, and we can end the day.

I said before, and I will say it again: Casshern Sins is NOT for everyone. If the ratings really did drop for it, then that’s not surprising to me. It’s a good show, but it moves VERY slow. I saw Casshern Sins when first aired, and there were a lot of times where I thought it was going nowhere and wanted to drop it. Perhaps the only reason I want to watch it on Toonami is because I wanted to see how good the dub was.
I think Samurai 7 is a good pick up. Decent story, 25 something epds, etc. I’m kinda pissed that I didn’t get to watch Deadman as much as I wanted to.
I think if they want to rotate Bebop but have something familiar to it, Michiko e Hatchin is a pretty good show. It’s a few years old I believe, I don’t know who picked up rights for it in the US yet or anything.

I am not gonna lie, i miss the “Will return in a moment” and “Now Continues” bumps. The jokes they used to make were hilarious inside jokes i never got as a kid.
Like on duel masters. “I SAW YOUR DECK OUTSIDE.” “ITS NOT WATCHU GOT ITS HOW YOU USE IT” The bumps currently in place may as well not be there, not as cool.
And i would have totally tried to get that guy from Gangland to do the promos. He has that Promo voice.
