Robot Chicken has its moments, but I haven’t watched an episode since I got rid of cable four years ago.

to be fair, RC wasn’t always shitty. the first two seasons were pretty funny, actually. by the 3rd season, the writers got lazy and started lampooning material that came out during the 80’s (aka their childhood).
seth and matt will eventually run out of material to work with unless they want to do the umpteenth parody of He-man or some obscure saturday-morning cartoon from the 80’s.
The Show pretty much sets-up for season 2 by the end of the series and there were other teasers here and their in other media hinting at a Season 2. Its been roughly over 2 years since show ended, but since Funimation picked this up show might pick up steam again in near future.
There are also some OvA shorts once your done with the series that came out sometime after season 1 ended
