If she is throwing air fireballs, you can jump and hit her with a horizontal Baselard during the fireball’s startup.
You can also air dash over/under her fireballs.
Morrigan has a lot of normals that are better than Blade’s, but she doesn’t have the reach that Blade does. Try and poke w/ 2B into combo. Don’t forget about Super Armor on 4C; it will go right through Morrigan’s 1-hit fireballs. Baselard might not be the best move in this match-up, but Falchion still works well. To avoid fireballs, it’s like Xaolin and Bill307 said.
