To open the image just go to “File->Open…” then find the directory the image is in and open it. A second window should appear, then you can drag the image from one window into the other. You might want to resize before you drag though.
New batch of SEs getting done soon, let me know what you guys think…

highres, with my name on it, at your request.
anyone mind telling me what size i need to have this in? Cuz the stick panel that it goes on appears larger than 8 x 10. I have the photo i want and everything i just dont know what to save it in. My image is a photo at 1080p resolution. Figured id go to kinkos and have them print it And lami label it but id like a rough draft first so i knew it would fit first. Any help with measurements?
if it’s printed out actual size (stress: ACTUAL SIZE) then it fits perfectly onto the panel.
Yo everybody, hows it going? I don’t have this particular stick but I’m getting ready to do a mod myself and I started working on something. If anyone’s trying to visualize/figure out button color combos to work with their art, I’ve created a Photoshop swatch of all the OSBF-30 buttons that are available @ LizardLick since it seems to be where a lot of people are buying theirs from.
The file can be found here: http://www.handlemy.biz/OBSF-30.aco

If you don’t care about the default Photoshop swatches, you can choose “Replace swatches” and it’ll just load the ones from the file.
Hope this helps some of you guys out, theres some awesome shit in this thread.
^ I’ll see what I can do
edit: I found a dope texture for this, just gotta get rid of the seams and figure out how to address the button labels since the layout on the stick is curved and theres 2 extra buttons. Do you want the first 3 sets of buttons labeled or the last 3 sets?
My templates
My post #883 is now available at www.dcorti.com/TETemplates
You’ll see the list of files. I’ll post jpgs and tiffs of all the work I do. All the images will be saved on separate layers in the psd file that you will see there. So, if you have photoshop, as I do more, you could simply re-download the psd and update your file that way and have them all.
I’ve only got one for now. I was thinking of doing a Terminator one next…or perhaps Blade.
While I’d love to do a Street Fighter one…there are just so many fantastic ones already, I don’t think I could add to the greatness already out there. But Perhaps. Perhaps a stick of less popular characters…but then who would want it? Eagle stick anyone?
Same here, an authentic Street Fighter 2 control panel SE template would be awesome!
^ that boondocks girl (Cristal) is a dope idea, lol.
What version of photo shop works best? I really want a template of chun li in alt costume purple color and akuma in default costume purple color together with a sweet background but i have no clue how to get high rez images of them in those costumes and colors off my xbox and on to my pc. Every ser up i see is for basic composite so i cant get the high def/rez image. Any help or anyone willing to get them in those costumes/colors/certain poses for me id greatly appreciate it.
Any version really, but I would get atleast Photoshop 7.
CS4 is the newest.
I use CS3.
That’s one of the best Bison designs I’ve seen so far, man.
I think using the right 6 buttons would be best for that design. You could leave the left 2 buttons unlabeled and people would decide whether they want to leave them out or not.
Well the newest version, of course. I believe it’s CS4 right now.
Awesome! Thanks ill probably try and get my hands on that then. Any tips on getting images from My xbox gameplay of my xbox to my pc to make templates?
A good capture card (one that has component video inputs) would be the best route. Maybe there’s a cheaper way though, I’m not sure.
i use the japanese button layout with the last two as all 3 punch or kick
so how bout this
leave out the text but keep the originality of the cabinet by leaving the black circle for the joy stick and the black rectangles for the punches and kicks
that way ppl can use either layout (amercan or japanese) and still be nostalgic of the SF II days
Try Black Magic.

Here’s a work in progress of it so far (American). The Japanese layout makes it a little weird because the black rectangles don’t exactly line up right due to the curve in the button, so I’m gonna fool around with some different variations of it til I get it working. I added a little light area behind the punch/kick labels because in the original that plain black text looked hard to read on that noisy background.
I like it, but I don’t think the actual texture works for it.
