Can anyone suggest a good way to brighten up an image in photoshop (GIMP actually) so that the colors print out more ‘true’ to the way they look on a monitor? I know it was in a thread I looked at someplace, but i cannot seem to remember the terminology to search for it. thanks in advance.

Well actually I painted with an air compressor using plastic polyurethane paint. I don’t think Vinyl paint is a good choice for painting a stick because it get scratch more often.
3 layers of good paint and 24-36 hrs of drying time and everything seems to be OK.

what? you change a 360TE to wireless PS3? how did you change the home button too?
jeje he got me!! Yes this was a 360 stick but when i change the internal parts for the wireless mood i also change the xbox button for the ps button if you see its not the home button that comes with the factory PS3 T.E. is the PS button from a sixaxis controller.

Hi folks, I only registered here to ask the following: Anyone want these templates?
I had spent some time putting these together for a friend, but in the end he decided he’d rather make one himself. I’m not planning on purchasing a stick and modding it, myself, so I’m left with two templates that are useless to me. They don’t look half bad IMO and I spent a fair amount of time on them, so if possible I’d rather give them to someone else who will use them. They were mostly designed for the SE stick only with clear buttons in mind, but I suppose they’ll look decent with opaque ones too.
So, on the off chance that someone here likes Rozen Maiden enough to use these, please PM me or something to ask for the templates. The only customization I’ll do is replacing “yourname” on the first template with your requested text, or removing it altogether.

Is the border that goes around the artwork the same material as the sides of the TE?? I know people are painting the sides but the piece that goes around the artwork looks like rubber. How is the color of that being changed?? thanks
