MODOK may look like a waste of a character and in all honesty im sure we could all think of 50 other characters we rather have but, its just cool to see we are getting to play new characters.
Apocalypse would be awesome. He can do damn near anything. Capcom could go wild with his moveset. They wouldn’t even need to reference his appearance in the old game.

I would like Omega Sentinel as sentinel. She could have all the move sets of the old sentinel. But having the old Sent is still cool…
Edit: I used to have the same hate for Madok, but he does have interesting move sets so it’s all good now. I’m happy with the cast, and it’s great that they made them unique. I just hope the additions of the dlc will make it better… Strider needs to be in the roster. I hope they swipe H-KO with strider for dlc instead… I’ve been hearing that the strider deconfirmation is a fluke and they will put him in as dlc because they know the massive cash will come in.
I still think strider was off due to the animals… i can imagine it being hard to engineer in this kind of game (which is why nobody has calling like summons).
after seeing the cl0ckw0rk vs neo match i see why so many people want strider in this game. DLC will definitely drive this game to greater success. i know jill and shuma are going to be released 30 days after release am sure more DLC characters will fallow. MODOK looks like a character that may take some practice but does have lock down ability.
Cisco, every time you misspell MODOK I want to see Maddox in this game.
I know Apocalypse can do almost anything, but imo that’s kind of what makes me not want to see him, he doesn’t really do anything that makes you say “oh, that’s something Apocalypse would do” he’s kind of just a jumble of random powers, and personally that’s not appealing to me.
Modok on the other hand, is of course an unpopular character. I’ve HATED Modok with a passion since I was a little kid, but seeing him in this game has made me start liking him, because whether you like the character or not, he has a fighting style that only he can have, and that’s what counts.
And as for Sentinel, I think people only want Nimrod or Bastion for something new. There’s no way Nimrod is more important than the classic Sentinel, and Bastion can’t do anything that makes Sentinel unique in his past game appearances. I do think Omega Sentinel would have been much cooler, but you can’t argue with the fact that Sent is a) one or the top antagonists for the X-Men (imo only second to Magneto) and b) one of the most recognizable faces of mvc2.
So any word/response from nitsuma?
Nothing so far, but that is somewhat to be expected.
Hopefully Niitsuma or Killian will at least acknowledge that they’ve seen it in some future interview.

Meh, I really loathed SF4 and being judged by complete and utter fucken morons who couldn’t play their way out of a wet paper bag I might’ve said a lot of stupid things before when it comes to a wish list sort of thing. I’ll end up using every character and seeing how every character has more moves it shouldn’t be a problem for me to find at least one I like.
As for DLC I want a lot of music, basically my personal juke box or something when playing online and just going through which music I’ve selected with the options of in-order or random.
It’ll never be happen, but it’d be pretty awesome if they added a Deadpool line wit every DLC update.
