no contest for me…especially in terms of appropriateness… Back in Time is like the equivelant of MAHVELS soundtrack…‘MOOOOVE YOOOOUR BOOODDAAAAYYYY!!’
Crush 40 is beyond awesome. Love literally everything they do but All Hail Shadow 06 (Though to be fair, I didn’t like that song to begin with).
Sonic R’s OST is just a different kind of awesome. It’s like that crack-induced awesome.

The Sonic R soundtrack is horrible but I have a soft spot for that “Can You Feel the Sunshine” song. God what a terrible game. Everything about it was balls. Everything. (Still better than the latest 3D Sonic titles.)
The problem is that hands-on experience, for any game sans a free demo, costs money. Also, if the majority of reviewers cite the same pros and cons about a given title, there’s a pretty good chance those pros and cons are true. There are some exceptions (Odin Sphere is a piece of shit but reviewers loved all the pretty graphics), but generally a good sampling of reviews can tell you a lot about a title.
Reviews ensure that I never have to waste time and money on Pearl Harbor or Babylon AD to be sure both movies are terrible.
I personally love “Work it Out”, since that doubles as a great song to exercise to!

I just realized my folly here…for some reason I read that as ‘all 3d sonic titles’. If you mean 06 and Shadow then I’d agree with ya…but not Secret Rings
It was fun running around the areas in Sonic R. At least I had more control of Sonic in this game, than I had for Sonic’s "oops, I hit a wall but I’m still going–oops, I hit a wall again I died’ running segments of Sonic '06.

The Insider Videos for Sonic Chronicles are kind of having the opposite effect for me. Instead of making the game look kind of exciting and interesting, they’re making me kind of bored of it. It looks like they just took a game already in progress and were like ‘Let’s making this Sonic!’.
Thankfully Unleashed is kind of working the opposite. As that game gets shown in more and more complete form, it looks more and more like a fully fleshed out awesome game. I am getting more excited for that the more I see it.

ANYWHO, my copy of Chronicles came in. Picking it up after work. Probably going to try it tonight or tomorrow.
I’m playing it right now…I haven’t gotten too far into it to really give any complaints or praises…but I am enjoying it for now.
Edit: just noticed that they give you your health back when you level up like Super Mario RPG…nice =D
I might pick it up in a few days. I doubt it though for the fact I’m actually trying to sell my ds.
wasn’t there a complaint somewhere about a long load after the save screen or something?..I can already refute that if there was…you just have to tap the screen to skip it.
