Is it really that bad? Don’t get me wrong I dislike him too, but only when playing as vega. Lili gets in dat ass. He can’t handle her well spaced dive kicks.
I feel like I should make a chart explaining what options you have depending on the dive kick you use and where it hits.

well that’s because Gief has high health. (1100 i think) and if it was me you can basically add 330 to both his and Hugo’s 1150 health so your 500 damage combo ends up doing 1/3 instead of 1/2. Added to the fact that if gief hits you you’re gonna lose at a minimum 130. and it can be up to 200 per grab.
I usually never get to fight Heihachi vs Lili it’s normally with Xiaoyu. Lili has plenty of ways to get out of jail against Heihachi but Xiaoyu has nothing. Just sit through the storm until it finally blows over.
Sorry, Blanka hasn’t murdered any Shotos to my knowledge. I’d rather have TEN Ryu/Ken copy’s then that green troll. May Blanka die and burn in hell.
I feel so conflicted on Blanka though… I like the character, find him fun and SF wouldn’t be the same without him.
But every time I fight Blanka I feel like stabbing him with a 10-foot blade. Repeatedly. Hell, even in this game where he’s not even that strong I hate dealing with him.

There’s nothing I like about Blanka. I respect T Srai as he doesn’t troll with Blanka, he actually makes Blanka look beautiful. But the other 99 PERCENT, may you all burn for playing him.

Them retarded balls, all Blankas know it. I like to think my reactions are pretty good, but facing him online is like an uphill battle. How can I NOT react to something spinning at me with a SRK. And those costumes…don’t even get me started with those costumes. Or wake up Ultra 1, from bad to good, XBL Blankas have a tendency to get desperate and throw it out at one point. (I know how to block it).
Using crouching lights to poke in this game is so useless at times. Target combos beats it out too easily. LET ME POKE!!
Even more, launcher just says no. Besides, you play Bison and Julia, all of your buttons are good. 
Pick up Chun-Li your crouching lights will never be beaten out again. But be careful as you’ll always and forever be free to the raw launcher.
