fengshuijay: please write an email with a description of your problem to zhongxianglong@hotmail.com. Older versions of the Q4 come with iphone-like connectors and therefore have to be modified to work with standard PC headsets.

hi guys… do you all know where can get the Q4 Artwork that can replace the old artwork I want Ultimate marvel vs capcom 3 artwork.

what do you mean specifially?
do you need a artwork template? this you can find here in the thread or on QanBa’s Facebook page.
or do you need a finished UMC3 artwork for the stick? in this case i do not know anyone who already made such an artwork and gave it away to the public.
For anyone still wondering…
I found out the answer to my question by finally finding a friend who has a Q4. I have a spare RE plate lying around and I was able to successfully mount it in the Q4 (it just fits the mounting hole used to mount the JLF).
If the mounting holes of the RE plate are the same on the P-40, then you can use the P-40 plate to mount a LS-56/58-01 in a Q4 or Q3 (I think they use the same mounting mechanism). I just don’t know what the height of the shaft is going to be though.
Hey, I have a problem with my Qanba Empire Arcadia edition.
Now, it can’t be read by PS3s or PCs for…some reason. I can see in the compartment where I keep the wire that something under the board is flashing red. Any ideas on how to go about fixing this or on how I can diagnose the problem further?
Back to the HRAP3 for me for the moment.

I was able to get my Qanba Q4 when I was in Hong Kong a few months ago. I got tired of waiting for Focus Attack to figure out when they were going to order a new stock. In any case, are they planning on developing a carrying case for it any time soon. It’s very awkward walking about with the stick itself by using the handle thing.
Yeah, they showed it on page 37 of this thread. Looks really nice.
Not sure what the cost is though.

Ah, yes I see it. I don’t see it anywhere on the Focus Attack, Qanba or Play Asia websites so I don’t think it’s available for purchase yet.
I read through the forum but I never got a straight answer. Is the Qanba Q4 compatible with the seimitsu 56/58? if not which mounting plate is ?

I just checked the PDF from seimitsu websit.
our q2/q3/q4 metal plate fit to fixed LS32(LS32-01,LS-32-02,LS-32) and LS-40(LS-40,LS-40-01),when you fix seimitsu joystick,we needn’t their mounting plate, our metal plate will be their mounting plate,but the screw hole of LS-56 and LS-58 plastic base seat diffirence LS-32 and LS-40,so they don’t suitable our metal plate, they couldn’t fix for Q4.

we have tested,LS-32(LS-32-01,LS-32-02),LS-40(LS-40-01) work nice for fighting games,but others seimitsu joystick we found them couldn’t suitable fighting games.
lots of players like LS-32-01 or LS-32-02,because they easy fit replacing SANWA JLF-TP-8YT-SK stick , and LS-32 series work nice for fighting games.
by the way, you can always change the drag of the joystick by using different springs or combining two springs. already tried that to make a sanwa jlf stiffer, worked perfectly.
