love co-op. the co-op is so much fun. i enjoy it more than the other modes. i think its cool to fight other people, but teaming up on tough ass super soldiers with a bunch of friends is infinitely more fun.
crushing difficulty is awesome. you feel super accomplished when you beat it.
3D = Not looking like a CV game.
Now it might be a “close enough” game; for example like Metroid Prime was 3D, and they changed stuff, but it still felt enough like Metroid to be cool. LoS will probably be like that. But saying that the Iga CV games are less like CV than a 3D CV? Nah.
P.S. I like old CV and new CV, so I’ll play Lords of Shadow and this new 2D one as long as they doesn’t suck.
Am I the only one who wishes Uncharted 2 had an offline mode that played like online multiplayer? That shits fun as hell…just allow lan play, 2-player split-screen, or single-player with bots and developer-ai. Sometimes I have to go places without internet access, and I want to play U2…but the offline modes don’t allow this.
I like the little character-specific captions for each of the SSF4 trophies. If only all games’ trophies/achievements were so amusing

Your basically saying any game that went from being 2D to 3D is not that game series anymore. You’ve just invalidated any console Zelda and Mario game since the N64 and thatsjust not true because Mario is a Platformer and continued to be oin 3D. Zelda was an adventure exploration game and continued to be in 3D. Castlevania is a hard core, crushing action game series. The reason those Metroidvania games are not CV is that are 2D RPGS that are piss easy and heavy on exploration, light on combat. That’s not CV. If LOS sticks to being an action game with a platformring slant then it will be a CV game. We’ll have to see when it drop but simply oing 3D does not make it not that game series anymore.
It does that after every new MP patch or if it’s your first time playing MP. It won’t do it anymore after you’ve updated. It’s like a 10-15 second wait to get on the multiplayer afterwards.

Okay guys…i just got off verizon’s dsl (shitty cuz they’re letting copper wires rot: 865kps) for brighhouse cable (10mbps)…I don’t need to port-forward anymore, right? Iplayed a few game and everything was just fine, and though the results fluctuated, the ps3 internet connection test gave me an average of somewhere around 5mbps 6 times out of 10. Oh, and NAT 2, of course.
Speaking of all that NAT2, NAT3 shit, how do I get my PS3 to NAT2? I can’t do NAT1, but I’d like to be able to get NAT2. Can I do that ish without port forwarding? Last time I did port forwarding, I fucked my shit up to hell and had to completely reset and reinstall the router from factory settings.

I rarely have any hiccups with my connection. Anyway, I’m looking forward to Modnation Racers and still have some games I need to play; Demon’s Souls and Heavy Rain, most notably.
