Okay Yakuza 3 is really fucking awesome so far. Took awhile to pick up but damn I just did the tamashiro part and that was awesome.
Is GoW3 any different than 1 and 2 somehow?
I beasted on 1, beat it recently and I’m like 2 trophies from the platnium, it was really fun. Thing is, I’m one hour into GoW2 and I’m already bored. May trade it in for a GameDays game.

does it matter if i get 120 GB or 60 GB? i’ll only be getting like 3-4 games and play them for a year or two. not like im gonna get 20 games n stuff. what you guys think. is it bad to get 60GB only?

I’m considering selling off my 60GB, PS3 and buying a Slim later on. I don’t feel like hooking it up right now. Can I remove my PSN account online, or do I have to do it through my PS3?
I think Netflix will be integrated into the XMB sometime late this year, so you don’t need to use the BD Netflix sends you.
You have to deactivate it through the PS3.
Cool. Good deal. I think I’ve about talked myself into it just because there’s a lot I want to watch. Not to mention it’s cheaper than cable and I use a monitor instead of a tv. As far as the disc is concerned, if NF gets added to the xmb later this year I’ll just change my account details and send the disc back if it’s cheaper that way.
To my understanding, you can call in to customer support and tell them your system died (or was stolen maybe?) and you want to remove it from your account. Give them the information (serial number?) of the system, and they can remove it from your account. In the previous thread, someone mentioned that they took this route after their system crapped out.
Of course, that’s all a hell of a lot more work than just plugging it back in.

The challenges were such a pain in the ass - specifically that “Get Stoned” challenge, until I figured out the grabbing thing.
There’s no need to send the Netflix disc back, they send it to you for free and state on the packaging that you do not need to return it. Netflix is pretty awesome, and for only a dollar or two more you can add blu ray access to your account, so instead of mailing you DVD’s they mail you blu rays. Also, the instant stream movies library is very large, so it’s easy to get your moneys worth each month.
They actually want much more information than that. They actually want the receipt as a proof of purchase, I went through this when trying to get PSPs deactivated off of my account I no longer had access to. And obviously a lot of people don’t keep receipts unless they’re involved with a warranty or taxes. ( I don’t anyway)
you guys might already know this but you can have your psn id on like 5 different systems. me and a few friends atre thinking bout sending each other our id’s. all the dlc like games and add ons is available for dl for free if the other id has it. just letting yall know, though its probabaly known already. good shit.

Only just now am I getting around to finishing up the final missions in FFXIII, I think I have about 5 left (goddamn Neochu). Really considering getting 3D Dot Game Heroes next month as well and I’m getting stoked for Final Fight Double Impact!

Hey Chibi, I see Prince of Persia at Best Buy/Future Shop for 15-20$ new. Blockbuster/Best Buy sell cheaper used games when compared to Gamestop, and Wal-Mart/Futureshop/Anywhere sell cheaper new games in comparison as well. The game is pretty shitty though, you rarely fight enemies and boss fights are recycled 3-4X per boss with barely any changes made to the fight each time. That and, most of the game you’re just platforming to get to the next boss fight. You’ll also need to buy the last part of the game including the final boss fight for 10$ off PSN, otherwise you get left with a cliffhanger ending. I only borrowed the game from a friend so I didn’t bother nor liked the game enough to give a shit.

So my PS3 fully crapped out and I brought a Slim, but I want to transfer my data from my old hard drive to the new one. Every time I put my old hard drive into another PS3(slim or fat) though it always says I have to reformat the drive. Is there another way to do this or am I just assed out?
