Bought The Punisher: No Mercy for 5 bucks. Really feels like an old-school twitch FPS. Small maps, health packs, everyone moves around quickly even without a sprint, etc. It’s not too bad. I can only imagine the sub-par buyer ratings are because it’s practically an MP-only game & arena FPS’ are largely out of style now.
Bought Tekken 6 for my girlfriend off amazon today for 11 bucks. Can’t. Beat. That.
CoD Team Deathmatch is basically arena FPS, minus the triple story levels and low gravity.
The Punisher game is okay as an FPS. Black Light Tango is just as meh, however Cellfactor: Psychokinetic Wars on the other hand was a pretty well done Arena FPS with a much better MP design than Bioshock 2 (both use power type moves in addition to gun combat).
Cracking open Resonance of Fate for the first time since I bought it like…forever ago. Shame on me. It’s a great game but I just kept buying other shit and it got lost in the shuffle so I’m gonna get back into it. Doing the Arena tutorial for the battle system now so I don’t get murked like I did the first time I played 
Question for those of you who played it/are playing it: Is it one of those RPGs where you can go about it at your own merits or one where having a guide is recommended? It seems like you can just play via your own devices but it’s still an RPG, you know?
I was at Walmart yesterday for Black Friday and noticed something disturbing: Unreal Tournament III is STILL 54.99 after all these years. Wtf?
I bought UTIII for 20$ new a year and a half ago before it even got patched for trophies. Sometimes some places have fucked up prices on things. Battlefield Bad Company 1 was 59.99 at this Zellers in the mall but everywhere else it was 20$.
Last night as I’m playing GT5, my ps3 suddenly shuts off. When I try to turn it on, I see the YLOD. In fustration, I turn to the internet for a solution and find this:

I got my disk out and sync’d my trophies, but my GT5 save is copy protected. I’m scared that trying to play a game will trigger another YLOD, so I’m keeping it unplugged until I can buy a ps3 slim. If I delete all my game installs it shouldn’t take long to transfer over the data, right?

Finally got GT5. Not sure how to feel about it really, but it’s great so far.
I got a new ps3 slim 320gb today and was able to transfer my stuff from the old system!

King of Fighters XII is still at least 40 bucks at Gamestop. 40 DOLLARS. I am baffled. That game should be at 9.99.

You can just play, there aren’t any secret side missions or anything, you can go to any guild room in any city that has one to accept any mission you have available.
I don’t play Tekken. Which is why I didn’t buy it. My girlfriend loves it though so I figured I’d be nice.
I don’t know if anyone else picked up Marvel SuperHero Squad: The Infinity Gauntlet 
, but I wanted to know if anyone is having a problem unlocking Falcon’s Fear of a Bird Planet feat. I have no progress showing up and I know I have killed at least 1 enemy with a feather projectile ( you need 100 for the feat).
