might and magic clash of heroes is being ported over to XBLA and PSN with all new HD graphics. I can’t wait. I absolutely loved the DS version and it was one of the best games of 2009. trailer in the link

I can’t say much at this point since I’m only on Chapter 4. I can say that Yakuza 3 starts off really slow compared to the first 2.
This is a basic, stupid question, but I don’t really know a definite answer to it. So, here goes:
There’s a game night at my university tomorrow and I’m bringing my PS3. There will be no wired internet. However, my University has a Wi-Fi connection, and the PS3 has some Wi-Fi capability. It seems like I would probably just be able to set it up through the PS3 settings (easy mode). But I don’t know ANYTHING about Wi-Fi security. I don’t know if easy mode will work, or if I’ll be allowed to get on Wi-Fi with my PS3 (I’ll check on that tomorrow). Would channeling the Wi-Fi at my University be dangerous at all to my PS3? Might I mess something up?
FFXIII: The game so bad, even your PS3 doesn’t want to play it.

I pre-orderd Yakuza 3, and ordered the free 5-10 day shipping. I was expecting it to arrive at the end of the month…and whoa and behold, it was on my doorstep.
Some people just simply can’t appreciate the next step in the evolution of corridor shooters. :shake:

ffxiii is amazing from a gameplay perspective. it works on so many levels, and there’s a ton of little things you can do with switching and setups that add a level of depth to the game. it really makes old ff’s look very boring strategically.
i’m only 15 hours in, so i won’t speak on the story, but once the game starts opening up, its quite enjoyable, and would play another game with this system in a heartbeat.
Hmmm. Where did you find that there are 100 missions in the NA version? I didn’t think that was confirmed atm. It makes sense that the hostess bar/history related sidequests are removed but there were some that have nothing to do with any of those. They even took out the option to date one of the girls. Wack. In any case, I have posted the quests that have been confirmed to be removed so far.

Didn’t one of the girls have some kind of contract or licensing issue? which is why she didn’t get localized or something like that, unless this is a different girl.

Don’t get me wrong, Y3 is still a fantastic game but hearing about all those cuts is just really disappointing. Part of me is kicking myself for buying the game for $60 when it could be $30 a few months from now. Either that or it becomes extremely rare and you can’t find it at all. I would much rather that be the case so I can justify my purchase some more
I guess to be perfectly honest, it comes down to money. If I could have saved $30 by just waiting a few more months, I would have done so. This seems like a very legit possibility. I’m stingy like that lol.
Finally picked up a PS3. Grabbed Motorstorm and it looks and plays really nice. But the load times are horrendous. But since that was a launch game and comparing it to my bro’s CoD loading, the PS3 has improved leaps and bounds. I am really enjoying it.
