Bit of a problem with my PS3. You guys have helped in the past so I figure I’d ask again. Just got the internet in my new place. Wired connection for myself only. Plug it into the PS3 and I get error 80710102. I look it up, change the Primary and Secondary DNS numbers… no dice. During the test it obtains my IP but fails the connection to the internet instantly. I figured the problem is at the source and the only info I can find is “unplug your router for a while when switching from PC to PS3.” Yeah, tried that. Still no luck.
my gf ended up getting me another move controller for my bday so i want to get games we both can enjoy

gamestop and gamefaqs say that time crisis comes out on Oct. 19, sucks it wont be in time for the TRU sale but it’s whatever, i’ll still get it. at least i’ll have an excuse to use my GUNCON 3
I used to have that problem when I had a cable modem.
I had to power off the modem and remove the battery back up and then turn it back on and it always worked after that. Now I have DSL with a wireless router and have never had that problem anymore.
Sweet. After watching beta footage, I’m really liking that this game isn’t just an arena twin-stick shooter (i.e. Zombie Apoc). You actually have to make your way across the city. For lack of a better comparison, I’m getting a real Zombies Ate My Neighbors vibe
I’m hearing very good things about Dead Nation. I’ve been hearing that beta players have stop playing so that they dont spoil the game when it releases.

Love that news. Will be purchasing both of them. Not that I have the time to play either right now, but just for supporting good games being put out again via PSN.
Problem’s fixed. Switching from my PC to my PS3 requires a reset of the modem. Even though I did that several times, it only took on the tenth try. Well, whatever. Now I can enjoy getting my ass kicked at BlazBlue. And it has been kicked.
