What’s the cheap going rate for a 4/6 cart Neo Geo cab? I’ve seen a couple in my local CL and was wondering whether they’re good buys.
It really depends on quality, monitor condition, overal cab condition, and what games come with it.
I got mine for 250$. Cab is beat to shit (But salvageable) monitor is pristine, and all 6 slots work well. Came with 3 games too. WINDJAMMERS!!!
That’s an amazing deal! I think 2-slot NeoGeo games go for about $350, 4 slot $500, & 6 slot $650 in the Northwest…
How many cabs do you have now? As for me, im done buying cabs…No more space & i dont want to be the guy who starts putting cabs in the living room/kitchen guy…
I have 4 cabs and one pin at my house and 4 Pins and 3 cabs at the Workshop.

400$ is a solid price. Make sure they are legit MVS carts. a LOT of bootlegs out there. I know, I got a 161-in-1…It’s AWESOME
As I thought. I am however, according to the wife unit (hey, asian wife too :p), not in the market for another cab, as I have a vewlix style made already but is currently being painted and that we’ll probably wait until the basement gets finished to even consider getting another cab. She does like Puzzle Bobble so it’ll be a good excuse to get a Neo Geo cab. I’ll probably post the link to the CL ad on the good finds thread in case an SRK’er near here is interested.
Dude… I wanted to fix this Neo and flip it, the Mrs. played Puzzle Bobble ONCE and said I could never get rid of it…
Puzzle bobble (and Tetris) wife addict here too…she spent 3 days (on and off on the DS) on unlimited(?) mode, however, I dont think she will drag herself to the shed or the garage given the convenience of the DS 
Bought some new Sanwa buttons, updated the art for the marquee and finally had some custom artwork done for my control panel. Loving my Noir even more now. I hope to get another one here in a few months for some head to head action.

Dunno about white splashes patterns so close to the groin area when you sitting down…but then again samurai showdown 1 had “milk” sprays instead of blood when it came out to non-japanese regions…so you are safe, for the time being.

lol, no they were an award from my company actually but I thought that was an appropriate spot to keep them.
What company do you work for? Thugs R Us? How stable is that monitor & does it get tight when playing w/ 2 people?
Its not bad when playing 2 players at all but I can slide it out if I’m playing against a fatty lol. THe monitor is very stable but I’ll prob mount it to wall when I’m not living in a rental. I work for an advertising agency. You know, creative types.
