Hmmmm maybe I should post my old (semi messed up) mortal kombat machine that’s been converted to run as a Sega NAOMI. I have both Guilty Gear X and Marvel Vs Capcom 2 for it.

Hey bolt what are you using for that 3rd strike cabinet?The actual original CPS3 board,an emulator or what?I’m looking for one of those compilation PCB that has 3rd strike on it but I can’t find one.This one has all the SF games on it apart from 3s.

Lovely cabinets in this thread,maybe I will get one done in my lifetime at some point.

no offense shin, but your aero cabinet is a mockery to candy cabinets everywhere.

also, your ce cabinet looks like a mame cabinet. don’t know why but it just has that feeling to it.

Just so you know, those things aren’t really “authentic” arcade hardware. They’re glorified emulators.

Yeah, thanks! At least I have a cab… these were bought off people who didn’t know what they were doing or could not take care of them just FYI. Looks aren’t everything, my friend. Post pics of your cab(s) Delight us with what you have to share with this thread. This isn’t a ‘best cabinet’ contest or anything. Oh, and did you know that for an '87 cab… it looks a lot better than the rest of the Aero City cabs I’ve seen and there are hardly any left around. I’ve seen someone posted theirs, but it isn’t original… meaning that they repainted it, replaced a few parts, and etc… anyway… thanks for noticing!

Yea I read on neo-geo and arcadeotaku that those all in one boards are horrible for fighters. Frame rate drops make FGs almost unplayable.

Yeah, please don’t get all douchey in this thread. There’s a Tekken cab locally that looks just his SF cab. It’s legit.

That’s my dream setup. Especially if I had the cash for Cave PCBs.

God I Love the Astro Cabs. I hit up Arcade UFO in Austin TX while on a buisness trip and they had a bunch of them in there. I would love to have one someday!

So basically the only options for authentic 3rd strike on a cabinet is to hook up a computer with Mame or get the original board?
