everyone making the final table this year is a millionaire…
moneymaker is NOT a good poker player… he got HELLLLA lucky in 2003…
now raymer can actually play, so i can respect him…
matusow is a bitch. a cocky one at that. i hope he busts…
so im hoping either Iver or Phan takes it…
Raymer taking it would be pretty cool too.
There’s a lot of people who said Raymer was pulling out the win last year was a fluke. If he wins this year he’ll shut those guys down.
I’m cheering for Ivey. That guy deserves a title. He was 1 away from the final table 2 years ago I think because of the river card.
yup, moneymaker got a higher boat on the river, AQ alqays fucks ivey…he should muck those card automatically…
yea A,Q like ivey death hand lol
if he does win i hope he wins with A,Q
plus the guy is an all around gentleman

Tim Phan being eliminated… HELLLLLLA BOOOOSHIT
Title: Tim Phan Eliminated in 24th Place ($304,680)
Log: Hand 33 - Joe Connor has the button in seat 9, Black raises, and the action is off the monitor, but he’s soon all in against Tim Phan. Phan shows pocket tens (10h-10s), and Black has Ah-Qh. It’s a race situation as the flop comes Ad-10d-9s, and Phan makes a set of tens over Black’s pair of aces. The turn card is the Qd, giving Black two pair, and he can now catch a queen or an ace on the river for a full house to win the pot (4 outs). The river card is – a QUEEN! Andrew Black makes a runner-runner full house to eliminate Tim Phan in 24th place, earning $304,680.
Runner runner full house… fuck that.
Ivey is gone.
ivey gone 20th or so and minh ly gone 19th i guess around 18ish people left
hey is this still going on until 10 players left today?
Fuck, no one left is a favorite of mine. Oh well, as long as the “Mouth” doesn’t win…
goddam…
i am now rooting for either the lone female or Michael Kesseler
fuck matusow.
damn, both ivey and raymer had big chip stacks; how the hell did they burn it like that…
everyone got big stacks blinds pretty effin big to it goes down sooner or later then the low stacks start pushing all in while the chip leader being a bully you turn into a low stack sooner or later
Raymer has a HUGE advantage when the money went in. One card to go and Raymer has kings vs. QJ suited. Guy needs to catch a heart to win. Basically he was an over 80% favorite to win the hand with 1 card to go. Had he won that hand he would have had a monster stack and been either #1 stack or top 3 for sure.
As they say, that’s poker. Had to hurt big time though. Not too much he could have done about it…he got his money in at the right time.

Ayhan Alsancak has the button in seat 5, Raymer raises, and Kanter calls. The flop comes 6c-5d-3h, and there’s a bet and a call. The turn card is the 7h, Kanter bets $600,000, and the two players are quickly all in. Raymer shows pocket kings (Kd-Kh), and Kanter has Qh-Jh. Kanter has a flush draw, and needs to catch a heart to win the pot. The river card is the 2h, and Kanter makes his flush to double up through Greg Raymer.
Kanter’s supporters are ecstatic, and cheering loudly, but the rest of the room is nearly silent as crowd-favorite Greg Raymer loses a huge pot. You can distinctly hear the cheers, but the silence in the rest of the room is almost overpowering. Aaron Kanter now has somewhere between $3.5 and $4 million, while Greg Raymer is crippled down to about $400,000.
then he got finsh off with
Hand 23 - Andrew Black has the button in seat 8, Alsancak raises, and Raymer calls from the big blind. The flop comes Kh-Kc-7c, Raymer moves all in, and Alsancak calls. Raymer shows Ac-9h, and Alsancak has pocket fives (5d-5c). Raymer needs to catch a nine, an ace, or running clubs to stay alive. The turn card is the Kd, and Raymer needs to catch a seven, a nine, a king, or an ace to stay alive. The river card is the 2s, and Greg Raymer is eliminated in 25th place, earning $304,680.
