This has been a real shitty week for me, my pkmn diamond ver. is gone. I thought I left it in my FE case but it’s not there, I checked my entire room and it’s nowhere ln sight.

So all my pkmn appear to be gone. My movesets, breeding, items, gone. How can I be so careless this close to platinum is beyond me, but what a huge blow. I feel like guy that lost all his pkmn a while back, years of effort and time down the drain

it’s not a pokemon i’ve played through uber battling (in fact I don’t think I’ve ever tried out manaphy competiviely)
tail glow seems pretty dangerous, it would also see an increase of OU rainstorm teams. Manaphy still has a pretty low movepool, but he’ll definitely be the staple of most rain teams.
Personally I do see him OU in some ways, without the Kyogre assist for one.

Regional qualifiers are in San Fran, Seattle, Dallas, Phoenix, Philly, and Nashville. If you place top 8 you get a spot in the nationals, which are in St Louis. Top national qualifiers win an invitation to worlds. If you win the worlds you get a trip to Japan or Hawaii, your choice.
If you’re in the area you should definitely check this out…prospect of thousands dollars in prizes and the free ride definitely justify showing up for one of these.
Battles are double cup, so it shouldn’t be hard to win if you know what you’re doing.
The rules are ass for that tourney.
once again this is why I will never choose to enter a pkmn tournament held by nintendo…fuck 2v2 lv 50 play. and on top of that the way it’s done is they can’t be auto adjusted? BS :mad:
will they ever do a 6v6 lv 100 battle? I guess not since great players will take a while to finish one game…nevertheless it’s still irks me to this day…

I LOVED Emerald over sapphire and ruby. Is platinum a similar upgrade?
It’s a bit more of an upgrade than Emerald was, what with the new pokemon forms in addition to all the other extra stuff.
