Because GIANT ROBOTS. And play the sequel.
No one says the first one is good Drizzt. They specifically say 2nd Runner is fucking awesome. The first one is ok at best and MGS2 Demo totally softend the blow cuz it was sweet. But ZOE 2nd Runner is fucking awesome.
apparently enemies do respawn I killed one that kept killing me, then I got a little ways and died. When I got back to the one I killed he was there again. The enemies don’t fuck around either, I’m stuck one these skeltons that just whoops my knights ass.
Yeah it was, but the 2nd game was one of the best games on PS2, easily.
They respawn when you die and zone in/out of a level.
PS: You should rotate between Valkyria avatars only, and nothing else.
They respawn only if you do, by dying or re-entering the world like SWBeta said.
What I mean by they don’t respawn, meaning after you clear them out that area is safe to always retreat to, there will be nothing there. The skeletons are pretty beast mode, especially if you happen to pull 2 of them. It is best to stand still and then dodge when they do an attack and then hit them. I know my guy was pretty weak, where the skeleton would roll down the hill hit me while I was blocking, and in the process take all my stamina where I couldn’t attack or block.
Those guys only get scarier.
Duel wielding Black one breathing fire, plus the one that is modeled after the game’s intro with that big ass Gold sword.
Man, those black skeletons with dual katanas whoop your ass if you can’t roll/have less than 40 endurance. I had to take off the plate chestpiece to finish 4-1 as a Temple Knight, and I STRUGGLED, since I didn’t have a Lava Bow yet. Full cleared the same stage on a SL 18 Royalty character in 20 minutes.
It helps that those skeletons are actually weak to magic lol.
I really hope they tone down how good magic is in Dark Souls, but it sounds like they are by having an ammo system that I’m guessing you can only reload at bonfires or with special items.
Well, reformatting my hard drive didn’t fix my HDMI problem. Also, there’s nothing even wrong with my PS3… I took it to a friend’s house today and it booted right up in 1080p/HDMI. What’s more, there’s nothing wrong with my TV, either. I tested both HDMI ports with my cable box and they’re fine, as well as both HDMI cables. This shit is mad retarded. How can the same setup work flawlessly for two years and then just stop for no good reason?
ever since i beat infamous 2 a couple weeks ago, i’ve been on a weird racing game binge
after 2 years, i finally got around to beating all but one of the characters on initial d es.
and i’m just now realizing how useful b-spec is in gt5
Are Res4 HD and Res: Code Veronica HD PS3 exclusives? What about Beyond Good & Evil HD?
Using the save state and reloading when you feel you’re taking too much of a beating might be helpful. Don’t know if you can still get the trophy that way or not though.
Beyond Good & Evil HD is not an exclusive. I believe that Resident Evil HD’s are exclusive.
Edit: Nevermind. Spooty beat me to it.
It could be your TV, especially if it is an older model. PS3s have been known to be finicky with the HDCP handshake, Vizios use to have a problem. I have never had a problem with my Panasonic plasma, but it was weird the other night I shut off Netflix and it said I needed HDMI to be HDCP compliant in big ass letters on my screen. I never seen that before, and my TV is compliant anyway. PS3 be tripping sometimes.
If it was working before, though, shouldn’t there be a way for it to work again? Is there any way to reset a TV other than doing it via the menu? I also unplugged it for about an hour but it didn’t help.
You would probably have to use the reset video option when booting up.
Or just unplug your tv from the power socket, then plug it in again in 5 minutes.
I also pumped all of my SL into Magic and INT :}
I’m simply on my guard often in this game, I can never take a break and relax because I don’t know what’s ahead. Everytime I think I’m doing good my knight gets swarmed by dogs and can’t defend himself, one time an alien grabbed my Knight and instant killed him. There’s no easy places I can win in this game, I beat the phalanx and outside of that I haven’t done nothing for months.
Is it just me or does SoR2 feel laggy even when you AREN’T playing in online modes? I tried co-op online and omg, so many frame skips and delay inputs…it’s virtually unplayable outside the pure dedication of unlocking trophies.
Unfortunately, I’ve tried both of those to no avail. I guess I’m gonna buy a new HDMI cable when I get paid Tuesday. It’s a longshot since all of mine work fine with other devices, but I’ll try anything at this point.
