IGN gave Catherine a 9.0. I know, I know–it’s IGN, but I’m just throwing it out there for people who might be curious.
The Catherine demo just has me even more anxious to pick up my copy. So hype for it.

@Rhio2k: It’s just as well. Yemen is very campworthy. You’ll often find yourself in a relay race between both sniper towers just picking people off them the entire match.

Just played some Hard Corps and damn…that game is awesome xD After all the explosions, bloodshed, and screams of agony, I discover I barely made it past level 2 xP And even that was a task in itself. I was sucking pretty damn bad, I admit. Boss battle was crazy shit and the game keeps you on your toes at all times. Rarely get a second to take a breath before shit starts going off again and I love it! Got the DLC characters too. Sayuri is such a boss, haha xD Perfect character for me since she comes with a little extra life and an overpowered slash attack. Only drawback is range, but damn she’s good. Haven’t even tried the other DLC characters yet. Not sure if they have any extra abilities I’m unaware of. Having a blast with this game though! Pun intended xP

Leviathan has 3 completely unique abilities, but only 1 weapon slot and only 1 HP(even in rising, once you buy all the health, he still has the least I think). He’s fairly advanced I suppose, but definitely really good

Sayuri is so good. Like probably too good haha. And she has no range issues, you can hold the attack button and charge an attack which sends a wave forward, which seems to have the same amount of damage as her slash.
A friend and I ran through Rising mode we both played Sayuri and loved it. It wasn’t easy, but we got noticeably better each run. We didn’t managed to max her out until after we beat it. I always meant to go back and play Leviathan. I should definitely do that one of these days.
Didn’t know you could hold a button down for Sayuri wave attack. I will try this later.

Just Cause 2, frickin’ get it. It’s so criminally cheap now.
I’m like 7 hours into the game and I’ve got something around 6% completion. Most other games I’d be at like 70% completion by now. This is so awesome.
Also, parachute+grapple hooking to the ground or to nearby scenery to propel yourself = endless fun.
Been playing Brutal Legend for the past few days, I plan on 100% it (not 100% trophies, just complete everything in the game), just need to explore a little more and hopefully I’ll be able to get everything completed within a week or so.
Also 100 metal songs? Too freaking good.
