While I like KoF XIII’s combo system…it’s makes me wonder if certain characters will be underused due to other characters being able to do more damage with less meter (eg, Hwa Jai can take out half your health with 1/2 a green bar and 1 stock and has an 800 damage combo into Lvl. 1 at the corner)

I personally enjoy doing Hwa Jai’s combos (not his trials though). Canceling his :dp:+:snkb: into :qcb:+:snkd: can be tricky though, so i tend to just tap :snkd: twice after I input QCB.

Design wise for KOFXIII i’d argue pretty heavily that a lot of the character representations are not bishonen. Far too large, muscle bound and hard lined to be bishonen.

I was going to get it at Ghey!Stop! when they had it for $40, but they gutted every single copy they had, and I don’t play that.
So I won’t pay a cent more than $40 (before taxes) for it, on principle.
