ah ok…there it is: http://games.ign.com/articles/121/1213050p1.html Yes, for some reason MGS is indeed on that short list. I don’t recall anything about that game being noticeably difficult, especially when compared to “the usual suspects” that are always mentioned when people bring up the topic of hard games. Then again, maybe they’re referring to the top rank difficulty setting? I can’t even remember if I played MGS on whatever the top difficulty is, but there was no moment in that game that made me want to toss the tv out the window, like the modern Ninja Gaiden 2, or Battletoads back in the 8-bit days, or Left 4 Dead 2 on Expert/Realisim (*under normal circumstances the game is fine, but Expert+Realism truly is borderline impossible.)
rayman origins is on sale right now on amazon for $40 for lightning deal but…when I click on it, it said $49
either way im not getting it (yet) but just letting yall know to keep an eye out on the lightning deals
double post but i completely agree with that sega xmen game, my goodness
and I dont agree at all with DMC3 wtf >_>
Did they really call Dead rising a hard game?
*One problem, there is no computer to reset. The game is literally asking you to “reset” your “computer” — the Genesis. If you don’t lightly press the reset button, but rather hold it down, then the entire game would start over. *
I remember the AVGN review on that game, and explained how if you bought the “16-bit” sega (the 2nd gen version), you were fuck due to lack of a reset button.
Haha, good times…
i remember freaking out at that section everytime i had to do it. when i actually did pass it, it wasn’t because it just dawned on me, i was just tired of getting to the end and waiting for the timer to run out everytime, and was very much in a “screw this” type of mode.
then a screen full of binary filled the screen and i freaked out a little bit more until the game came back on and i was like “oh… that’s stupid”
remember that day over a decade+ later, and it still infuriates me.
anyways:
Update on Tales of Graces F-
http://www.talesunion.com/news/tales-of-graces-f-localization-and-dubbing-complete-early-2012-release-in-us-hinted--1943.html
SCAMCO! I want those bonus costumes, but I’m sure-as-shit not paying for them. Do the right thing, Scamco.
Cutting characters from skullgirls? Now the game might actually come out. I’m going to be livid if there aren’t DLC character packs.
Nigga, you’ll be a’ight.
Reverge Labs will deliver.

Did that say KRATOS is a LIGHT weight character? Pfft. Anyone who played God Of War knows that’s wrong. Same class as Para rapper whatever? Nonsense.
Final Fantasy XIII 2 should get deservedly fucked over by this.
But that would require a hell of a lot more Americans to spontaneously acquire taste.
That could be cool if they do something thats really fun to play like Melee and not Brawl…And I don’t even mean that from a depth perspective…just fun.
…Dammit KOF. You just HAD to do that, didn’t you? Now I have to get it.

Weeeeeeeell FF13-2 is shaping up to be a good JRPG, I mean with all the stuff you could do with monster hunting, monster fusion, getting monsters to max levels, etc.
For a game that can be beaten in under 50 hours it sure offers a lot for those that like getting max stats in their JRPGs.
Tales of Graces F needs to be promoted like the return of Jesus so that many will know and get it. This is a day 1 purchase for me still. I have played a little of past Tales games but never got around to beating them so hopefully this’ll be the first one I beat.
…and if this sells well hopefully we get Tales of Xillia, I hear that one is one of the best Tales games so far.
Every time I try a Tales games it feels like a button mashing mess and I grow bored. Not a big fan of the character designs either. Everyone looks 5 years old.
SCAMCO.
Fuck them and their grimy asses. The DLC costumes for Xilla were some ridiculous shit like $5 per costume per character.
^I think you mean them looking like generic anime characters =P
…and Tales of Xillia at least has a very comprehensive combat system allow for mutlihit combos via chaining various attacks.

$5 per costume. Per character.
So? If you don’t like the DLC, don’t buy it, quit your bitching.
I’m bitching about Scamco policies. I want the content, I don’t want it at bullshit prices. Lets see how hard they try to fuck us with a two-year-old port of a Wii game.
Occupy Scamco!
