Just finished Uncharted 3 also, god dammit the aiming is horrid in this game! I thought it was just me being rusty from not playing U2 in awhile but when I popped in U2 and started playing there was a huge difference. I really hope ND fix this soon.

A grown man asking this might sound weird, but has anyone tried Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure?
I know what you’re thinking, but apparently it is actually a good game. I’ve heard that the Console versions are like Gauntlet, but with cutesy animals (and 20 characters). Each character has 3 attacks, two of them can be upgraded. Characters level-up to gain extra health, and you can boost their stats by beating Heroic Challenges (every character comes with a Heroic Challenge, which is an extra stage). Unfortunately (or fortunately?), it is supposed to be fairly easy until the later levels.
The main issue comes in the form of the physical “DLC;” the figurines that add extra characters and stages. You can buy most of them in 3-packs, which saves some money. The figurines can also be used on all consoles, including the 3DS, which is a separate game (a 3d platformer). Plus, if a sequel is made (which is likely due to the time/money spent developing this one), then the figurines should carry over.
Hmmmm… I may very well have done just that. I know I have indeed spent that much in the past 30 days, but I can’t say for sure if there was any credit added on. Is there anything that is sent to you to confirm this?

OK, I know about the Kmart Gamer thing, but I’ve decided not to sign up for that, as there’s NO mention I can find of any deal that gives you 20 bucks off the next purchase. The clerks in the gaming section in Kmart didn’t even know what I was talking about.
So, since I’m getting MW3 friday this week anyway, is there any other store that has a good promotion coming up? Where they give you some off on another game? I want to get Uncharted 3 as well, and perhaps Batman AC if I get really lucky.

The Kmart thing is legit, but the shop your way service is by another company, they also do it for Sears and some other stuff. The coupon prints with the receipt, so the people working there might just be ignorant.

Not seeing any other deals for CoD except for XBL “discounts”. If you want to get the other game immediately, Toys would be the best bet, since you can use it immediately. Even if you didn’t get two games for the $40, just buying CoD and then U3 with the gift card, it would still leave you with a $15 gc (from buying U3) that you could use whenever.
One of the game shops I frequent has UC3 used for 40 dollars, told him to keep it til later this week when my brother comes back then we can pay for it. If the online pass was used, then…oh wells, we mainly play this single player over here, only time UC2’s MP was played was when my cousins were visiting us early this year.

The new Spyro game is indeed good from what I’ve heard as well, and kids will enjoy it. The difficulty I hear gets a little harder as you advance so that’s a plus.
