UC1 aiming and enemies were a pain in the ass haha. And the damn ski-boat omfg.
I first started on UC2 before playing UC1.
UC3, I have a lot more trouble with the puzzles this time around from the previous 2 games. But damn this game is simply one of the best.

I went to GameStop yesterday, having not gone on Monday, as I wanted to pick up a new game.
The fact that my gf offered to buy me one, was icing, considering I was going to get myself one, anyway.
So I was all lined up to get two games when I walked in.
I walked out with Sonic Generations and $60 burning a hole in my pocket.

I can’t decide if I should buy another copy of Uncharted 3 (the CE) because the one from the UC3 event was “marked” on the back (aka some one took a dremel or someshit to fuck up the UPC area of the case/sleeve).
I normally play normal difficulty to start off, but recently have just went ahead and started on hard, and I think dayday is right, U3 has a lot more weapons lying around and more shit to hide behind. you know you’re heading in to a firefight when you see a bunch of shit you can duck behind. Uncharted 1 was a bitch, I had more trouble in that one on Normal than Hard on U3. My tips would be to turtle the fuck out of everyone. I just let them come to me as much as I can. I also use melee a lot, probably something I got used to because of the lack of ammo in Uncharted 1, add in stealth kills and you can wipe out a bunch of enemies before a firefight breaks out (or even prevent the whole firefight from happening). Patience is pretty much what you need, though I will say some fights are retarded.

I recommend downloading dc universe(very large download btw like 14GB). Its free to play now so give it a shot. Only spend money if you think you’ll keep playing it.
That or Amazon, no tax & free shipping. They added Battlefield 3 & Uncharted 3 yesterday to their sale, sadly I own every game I want already. Only game I don’t own, that I would probably like to have NBA2K12.
Yeah, I’m sure they did that UPC thing to all AMC Uncharted 3 games, mine was the same. Like Gamestop gives a fuck if the UPC is jacked, they will still take it.
I’m keeping mine though for my collection.
One thing that annoyed me about Uncharted 2 was, just as soon as I stocked up on ammo and had some nice weapons, boom, cutscene and get your weapons taking away.
Uncharted 1 a couple times I ran out of ammo, and had to melee, never had that problem in 2 or 3.
Yeah, I’m sure of it. I figured it was because it was prerelease, that and my coworker that used to do QA at Sony said they used to take a drill to that same spot so he’s sure they did something similar with these. I’m just saying since I collect games and I like my shit nice and clean, I’m tempted to get another one especially a CE.

I’m not playing Sonic Generations until I destroy Uncharted 3. I think I’m on chapter 8 or 9.
I was super hyped for uncharted 3 and didn’t really care about battlefield 3, so of course it turns out I can’t afford UC3 at the moment and will probably wait until christmas, but I got a huge discount on bf3.
add me up if you play bf3 on ps3, for such a mainstream game NOBODY on my list is playing it

So, just about all of you are in agreement that UC3 > UC2?
FUCK. I really want to get both that and MW3, and know of the deals that were recommended to me. But I have all my money tied up to the point I can only get one.
I had heard some complaints about U3, but then I realized who was probably giving those complaints. I’ll let you know my own personal experience with it this weekend.
It’s too easy to say that UC3>UC2 or vice versa, they are different games.
UC2 has Boss Fights, UC3 doesn’t have anything I would call a real boss fight. I wasn’t bothered by this, but some people complain about that. I don’t think if you played UC3 and then played UC2, you would feel like it was a downgrade like if you played 2 or 3 and then played 1. Uncharted 2 fixed everything I hated about 1 except I still hated the creatures at the end of both 1 & 2. 1 the enemies took way too many bullets unless you were point blank, and also had a few respawn waves unless you advanced.
I want to replay Uncharted 2, but have too many other games in my backlog.
