I’m on stage 22 on Uncharted 3, greatest action movie ever. I’m going to stop playing now, and probably go back to it in the late night and beat it.
How much would a movie like this cost? $1billion?
Lot of dead stuntman in my case.
The crazy shit they make you do, is not hard to pull off which is great and makes the game fun. Probably just as fun for somebody watching you play it as well.
I’ve been working a lot of OT so haven’t played as much Uncharted 3 as I would like, I think I’m in Chapter 8 or 9, not too far. But I’m really diggin it so far, right now Hard mode is easy mode too, stealth kills and hand to hand combat all day:rofl:
I go back to work tomorrow, and work 12 hour shifts. If I don’t beat it tonight, I’ll probably have to wait until my day off on Wednesday unless I squeeze an hour here and there. The areas are so fucking huge, way bigger than Uncharted 2. I got fucked out of a few treasures already. I would be looking around, and sometimes spot one and then on my way a cutscene would trigger and we’d leave the area.:mad:
I started to think more and more about that 3DVR, and will probably just get a 3DTV instead. First game I play on it will be Uncharted 3 replay, on Hard though. I would advise to turn off the hints too. When you are just surveying shit, sometimes the time hint thing pops up.
Drake the mass murderer in full effect though.
What weapon have you been using mainly?
I started with the AK-47, then switched to KAL 7 for my rifle, first half. Second half been using KAL 7, M9, & G-Mal
Pistol, I’ve been using the Arm Micro, way better than the Auto 9mm from Uncharted 1.
I don’t use the shotguns too much.
Do you feel the aiming is slow? I swear the guys will out run your bullets when you are tracking them, it looks cool to somebody watching, but is annoying when you are trying to kill them.

Alright, I just beat Uncharted 3.
Game is a bit easy like I said, average gamer should start on Hard. I love the characters, and locales. I actually want to replay it again, but I will wait until I buy my 3DTV.
I guess it’s back to Arkham City. It will take me a little bit to get used to not having a gun. Drake the Mass Murderer can run and gun through the worst of it, Batman is in trouble when I’m up against 5 gunners.
The level designers are incredible. I can imagine some of the Co-Op and Multplayers levels, if they use some of the areas from the campaign.
Card mode is it’s own seperate optional mode, and apparently there will be free DLC cards.
@dayday- Have you tried ordering from Zavvi.com? I dunno if they send stuff to outside UK, but you could find AH3 for under 30 dollars there.
Naw, I never heard of them. I might give them a try next time, however it says Arcana Heart 3 LE shipping within a month. Regular version is shipping now though, that would have been good enough.
I bought it off of ebay. I know I could have got it off of PSN for $30, but wanted a hard copy. I actually need to buy another shelf for my games because their is about a dozen on the ground because I ran out of shelf space.
So, they say U3 has offline multiplayer “over a hub”. For some reason, (possibly my old Doom Lan party days) that sounds like offline play with multiple ps3’s in the same house connected to a router rather than one ps3 and multiple people in the same room. Can anybody clear this up?

Wanted to watch some DMC3 action…
Played Sonic Generations up til I finished the classic era. Taking a short break before going back and finishing more stages. Getting Emeralds in this game…isn’t that difficult.
Isn’t “Cabela”/Activision responsible for a slew of boring-ass big game hunting sims? I’m gonna need to demo this before I can tell if it lives up to its braggadocio. Trailers make it look like non-t and a Tomb Raider with some dog-sled driving sequences thrown in.
But what do you think? One system, multiple peeps, or are people gonna have to somehow have a second ps3 in the same house (which makes no damn sense cuz who buys another when the first is doing fine?)?
The multi is at least two people on a system that can play online, since I did that in the beta with a friend. I think the LAN is multiple systems in the same house, if you wanted lagless local play.
